Analysis On The Attack And Defense Effect Of Chinese Women's Volleyball Team In The 12th Volleyball World Cup

In this paper,the author used the literature material method,video observation method and expert interview method to analyze the offensive and defensive effect of games between China,Japan,Russia USA and Serbia which all entered the final stage of 2015 Women's volleyball World Cup.It had research on important factors that China can win the championship after more than a dozen years and also China's advantages and disadvantages compared with other teams from the angle of offensive and defensive effect.According to the analysis of China's attack and defence efficiency on the 2015 women's volleyball world cup,this thesis found that The overall performance of china's women's volleyball team is that the result of counter attack is better than the first attack and quick attack is the main method while the strong attack is kind of weak.The results suggest that even though chinese women have an advantage on the serve.But there is no significant difference compared with the other women's volleyball teams,which also need to strengthen the aggression and targeted training of chinese women's serve;In the course of the first attack,the number of chinese women's good receivers also needs to be increased,although strong,quick and backline attacks are effective in combination with the attack.The attack tactics are flexible,but aggressive scores are low whose blocked rate is higher than other countries;fast attacks' error rates are low.As for backline attack,the frequency of the attack is higher As well As the scoring rate.And the problem with china's women's volleyball is highlighted.It is time to strengthen the ability of reserving for chinese women's volleyball players.Secondly,Chinese women should maintain their use of traditional tactics,strengthen the capabilities of the strong attack and increase the use of the backline offensive.To make a difference between the chinese women's volleyball and the foreign women.Thirdly,in process of attack and defense,while the chinese women's block has a significant advantage,it needs to be targeted for the attack.Ineffective blocks can't suppress each other's attacks,much less effectively promoting chinese women's defense and prevent the attack rate above other countries.At the stage of the first attack,the strong attack continues as a major offense,but the assault is low,with low scores.Instead,the quick attack is the most important score in chinese women's row.In the 2015 world cup competition,it was important for chinese women to win the title of the champions league,according to analysis.As a result,the chinese women should continue to maintain their advantages in defence and block and " making correct judgment","moving fast","taking good place","finding right time","training good technique" to reduce the pressure on defence of China's women's volleyball team.
