Over the past decade, sports aerobics has gradually developed into an orientation of large-range-of motion, high-difficulty, fast-pace, high-frequency, technology diversification and movement variability. Therefore, with the development of the modern sports aerobics, the requirement for the strength quality of athletes has become increasingly high. The strength quality, as an important guarantee, ensures the athletes to finish the alternating elements in the three-dimensional space and to complete high-difficulty elements such as "movement patterns", "transitions" and "Unkings". In that case, the excellent strength quality of sports aerobics athletes is demanding. The core area strength has a direct impact on the display and executing quality of the high-difficulty elements of the sports aerobics athletes. Based on above, it is of vital importance and significance to research how to strengthen the core strength training of the sports aerobics athletes in China, in order to fulfill the development of the Chinese sports aerobic athletes toward a higher level. This paper, by methods of literature review, expert interview, questionnaire, experiment and data statistic, analyzes the methods and content of the core strength training and applies this theoretical methodology to experiment and analysis about the enhancement of the high-difficulty elements executing quality of the sports aerobics athletes. Taken as experimental subjects,16 students of the specialized class in Sports and Art Department of Beijing Sports University were randomly divided into two groups, namely the experimental group A (n 8) and control group B (n= 8). Students in group A took core strength et al training and interventions after their specialized course training, while students in group B only took traditional strength training after their specialized course training. Each group were trained 3 times per week for 8 weeks altogether, and each time the training lasted for half an hour. Finally, through the teaching experiment, comparison and analysis of the data before and after the experimental training with the spssl9.0, following conclusions can be drawn:1. Core strength training is an important composing part of the specialized strength training of sports aerobics. Taking core strength training in addition to the specialized training can not only improve the ability of aerobics athletes in executing high-difficulty elements, but also guarantee the excellent display of technical movements2. Through experimental study, it is found that after an eight-week core strength training and intervention, the students in experimental group A have improved significantly their executing quality of elements, compared to the students in control group B.3. Through experimental study, it is also found that the students in experimental group A have greatly improved their execution of four groups of sports aerobics elements:a, b, c, and d, at the aspects of both state and quality, which include the number of times and executing state of a 30-second picked straddle jump, the success rates of straight jump turn 540° and that of 10-times elements, etc., compared to the students in control group B. It proves that introducing the core strength training into specialized strength training of sports aerobics athletes plays an important role in improving the executing quality of high-difficulty movements of the athletes.
