Core strength training method through innovation after transplantation into colleges and universities aerobics teaching,to colleges and universities aerobics teaching and public sports elective course of colleges and universities aerobics exercise more in-depth exploration,introduces the core strength training in aerobics option course is aimed at colleges and universities aerobics teaching experience,rich in aerobics in higher education teaching theory,better improve college students' physical exercise ability,enrich their after-school life.University sports teaching is developing rapidly in our country,teachers continue to strengthen,sports teaching thoughts development transformation from the traditional teaching theory to more and more scientific teaching theory thought.At the university of the research object of this article located in liaocheng linqing,female college students,refer to the domestic existing has been confirmed that a mature sports core strength training.The core strength training program is developed according to the students' situation.According to the students' health,it is also instructive to summarize the teaching of aerobics in general colleges and universities.This can enrich the content of the teaching of the aerobics course of the university,also can the study of the physical education course and the participation in the physical exercise to create the good physical quality.Core strength of aerobics teaching methods make students not only learn standard mass aerobics exercise,and can the aerobics complete sets of movements(plus above difficulty movement)good control.For strength training method,this paper through to the yunnan university library in the literature retrieval,yunnan university professional aerobics teacher interviews and gao jian in liaocheng university teacher interviews,and the analysis of the experimental data,through the experiment summary infant normal school of female college students in aerobics option course core strength training can improve the special ability and physical quality.This article from the options at the university of liaocheng linqing,class of 300 students according to the physical indicators extraction of 60 female students as the research object,the experiment before the object,on average,according to the physical indicators divided into experimental group and the control group,each group of 30 female classmate,a group with another group of core strength training with traditional strength training.Two groups with 12 weeks of practice,training frequency of 2 times a week,training time is 0.5 hours after class,two groups of training intensity index measured by heart rate monitoring,training intensity from weak to strong.By comparison with students before and after the test data before and after the experiment,it is concluded that the core strength training simplified into aerobics option course,for students at the university of liaocheng linqing,aerobics option course of special physical quality and aerobics complete action to complete quality compared with the traditional strength training is more obvious,in complete points and body coordination ability show significant difference.And summarize the core strength training or physical fitness and strength training,it and the traditional strength training should promote mutual penetration,core strength training to improve body coordination,promote the degree of master students in colleges and universities aerobics option course,so as to improve students' interest in aerobics learning to promote the formation of lifelong sports.
