Aim:in this study,20 Beijing Normal University nonspecific low back pain (NLBP) in female college students as the investigation object and the experimental object, through twelve weeks of training of Pilates, to investigate the effects of low back pain and balance ability. The effect of intervention and summarize Pilates movement in nonspecific low back pain of low back pain in terms of female college students, to provide new ideas and methods for the rehabilitation and treatment of low back pain.Methods:cultural heritage data method, experimental method, mathematical statistics method, questionnaire survey method, logical analysis methodResults:The change trend of VAS index is in the process of experiment in the eighth week rebound, declining trend in the other test. The change trend of the feeling of pain and emotional pain similar to the VAS index, while the ODI was in turn downward trend. Each index value after the experiment is reduced to about 40-50% before the experiment. After 8 weeks of training, for the students in the experimental group Pilates practice pain perception does not continue to decline, but have picked up some, Investigation of twelfth weeks after training results show that, compared with the Pilates before the training, the group of girls pain decreased rapidly, to adapt to training students that with Pilates and various postures and movements of the skilled, the effect is more obvious.Conclusion:(1) the Pilates training to nonspecific low back pain of female college students play a role in mitigation. (2) the Pilates training and traditional project help for nonspecific low back pain of female college students balance ability were, the difference in the open eye static balance effect is not big, but with eyes closed, Pilates’s balance to the training of the students improved significantly better than traditional project training. (3) When using motion means of low back pain of female college students of rehabilitation, need movement skills to help students understand and master the movement project, so more conducive to improve students’ability of balance, the restoration of the status of the students of low back pain.
