Low back pain is a very common disease in the clinic.Basically,60% to 80% of adults will have different degrees of low back pain symptoms at different times of their lives, which will have a serious impact on their work and life.Studies have shown that between 75% and85% of the population suffer from low back pain at some stage of their lives;15% to 20%suffer from low back pain each year.85% of them fail the cause of the disease. They much have suffered from nonspecific low back pain. Most patients can relieve their pain through rest, more than 50% of the patients can self-heal within 4 to 8 weeks after the initial onset, but the recurrence rate is as high as 85%.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the experimental study on the treatment and prevention of low back pain.Research objective: To rehabilitate young women with chronic nonspecific low back pain through Aerial Yoga,to restore and improve their core muscle strength of the abdomen and back;to improve its core stability and increase the range of lumbar joint movement;to restore the normal physiological curvature and elasticity of the spine;to explore the relief and treatment effect of Aerial Yoga on chronic nonspecific low back pain.Research method: This article carries on the research through the literature data method, the experiment method, the mathematical statistics method.Sixteen young women who met the inclusion criteria were selected as subjects and divided into experimental group and control group by random sampling. The experimental group received 12-week Aerial Yoga intervention, while the control group remained their living habits.VAS pain scale,Oswestry waist dysfunction scale,FMS functional exercise test,EMG information of core muscle of abdomen and back, lumbar spine activity, balance ability and so on that before and after the experiment were compared and analyzed by mathematical statistics. The results are as follows:(1)After 12 weeks of Aerial Yoga intervention, the scores of lumbar pain and lumbar dysfunction in the experimental group are decreased, and the degree and condition of lumbar pain are improved significantly(P < 0.05).(2)After 12 weeks of Aerial Yoga intervention, the muscle strength and endurance of thecore muscles in the abdominal back of the experimental group are significantly increased(P <0.05).(3)After 12 weeks of Aerial Yoga intervention, the lumbar spine mobility of the experimental group is significantly improved(P < 0.05),and the flexion and extension of the lumbar spine are improved more obviously than that of the control group(P < 0.05).(4)After 12 weeks of Aerial Yoga intervention, the duration of monopod closed eyes station in the experimental group has increased(P<0.05),and the balance ability has been improved.Research conclusion:(1)The 12-week Aerial Yoga intervention can effectively relieve the lumbar pain, improve the lumbar pain, alleviate the lumbar dysfunction, and also effectively improve the lumbar function of young women.(2)The 12-week Aerial Yoga intervention can effectively enhance the core muscle strength and muscle endurance of young women, can significantly improve their balance ability, and can effectively alleviate and improve the symptoms of chronic nonspecific low back pain.(3)The 12-week Aerial Yoga intervention can effectively improve the range of motion of lumbar vertebrae in young women.
