With the development and the progress of thesociety, Higher requirements are put forward to preschool teachers’professional quality. Secondly,the teachers cann’t recognize the value of children’s play. The last one is the teachers have two extremes attitude towards children’s play. So all of these are the background of this reseach.In this study the literature method,observation method and interview method are used mainly. The study selected teacher L who is working in kindergarten A. observate and record the teacher’s behavior of involved in children’s play. Exploration the reasons behind teacher’s behavior by interview. The study shows that the performance of teacher’s practical wisdom has four aspects: accurately grasp the intervention opportunity; act according to unexcpcted situation; deal with the contraction which is in the paly properly;teacher is very respect children in the process of interaction with children.Through the analysis of the performance of teacher’s practical wisdom, we can get a confirm that is the ground of develop practical wisdom are:the ability of interpretate children’s deeply and accurately; comprehensive observation ability;rich experience of organize the play; the positive emotion education; the sense of the educational responsibility.The strategies of develop the practical wisdom are accumulating theoretical knowledge deeply cultivating he creative ability; enhanceing the capability through practice; refining the experience by reflect; cultivating the positive emotional education; setting up the correct value orientation,improving the sense of the educational responsibility. |
