Lower limb explosive force as a special branch of physical training, specifically for athletes from rest to motion acceleration services, to maximize the starting speed in an instant, it must have developed strong explosive force of the lower limbs, whether it is moving or jumping. The explosive force of the lower limbs are inseparable and coordination of the work of a few pieces of muscles of the lower limb explosive force, are attached to the ankle, knee and thigh muscle contraction caused by rapid. For most sports, play the explosive force of the lower limbs for the performance of the whole movement capacity plays a great influence and promote its core strength, and the strength of upper limbs, is also important. In volleyball, endurance athletes do not need to specifically enough, but in the volleyball movement, spiking, blocking, defense athletes must jump and fully flexible footwork, and in fast attack and defense conversion, players need for continuous jump in a short period of time, but also to ensure that the jump height. This requires the athletes have plenty of bounce stamina and special power of lower limbs. Special explosive force is one of the important special physical quality of volleyball players. I am currently Changsha Aeronautical Vocational and Technical College practice substitute, and lead them to the school volleyball team preparing for the Hunan province this year will volleyball training, in training I found the physical quality and the movement ability of the players to be improved, especially the special explosive force insufficiency of lower limbs, which led directly to the spiking and blocking height is low, the spike. And the defensive footwork is slow. And last year I just received Hunan Normal University’s physical training classes, and give the players have designed 10 weeks resistance training programs to improve their lower limbs special explosive force, and then through the three lower limbs explosive force of special physical fitness test before and after the training of special power of lower limbs were analyzed. To explore and analyze the effects on improving the explosive force of the lower limbs of experimental anti resistance training method, through the experimental comparison, the experimental group and the control group according to different training methods of training for ten weeks, and then through the contrast before and after the experiment two times the explosive force of the lower limbs were compared between the two groups of test results, after training their test scores increase, and the results were analyzed the training method is effective by the T test, to find out the resistance training is a training method is more scientific and effective than traditional explosive force of the lower limbs, the explosive force of the lower limbs is higher than before the training, the test results of the improved. Summed up the experiences in the resistance training method in the implementation and the problems should be paid attention to, for the Changsha Aeronautical Vocational and Technical College to participate in Volleyball Games actively preparing for college students in Hunan province.
