The explosive power of lower limbs is a form of representation of fast power,which occupies an indispensable position in all kinds of sports training.In basketball,excellent explosive power of lower limbs is the basis for improving the level of competition.With the successful holding of the SCBA(National Sports College Basketball League)founded by Shandong Sports Institute for two years,more and more sports colleges and universities are familiar with the spirit of stubbornly style and the spirit of never giving up.The SCBA League is very different from the common professional league.The most significant difference is that the SCBA men's basketball players have little age and lack of experience.They have long been trained according to the more traditional and common method of lower limb outbreaks,and there is no clear separation from the training program of the professional team.The purpose of this paper is to explore the effect of rapid expansion compound training on the lower limb explosive strength training of the basketball players of Shandong Sports Institute in order to provide a more reasonable,effective and pertinent method for the lower limb explosive force training of SCBA men's basketball players.This article mainly uses the experimental method,the contrast analysis and the mathematical statistics method as the research method,takes the Shandong Sports Institute SCBA male basketball player as the research object,through the expert interview and the questionnaire survey to determine the "whether to join the rapid expansion compound training" as the independent variable for 8 weeks training program.The results of the test were tested,and the test contents were 5 items of high jump running,fast dribbling,long jump,"T" word reentry running and two feet jumping in situ.Excel and SPSS were used for statistical analysis.The results are as follows:(1)Control group with common resistance training,after the "T" word reverse layup test project achievement test scores than before with the experiment,has very significant increase(p < 0.01),and standing long jump test result has significantly improved(p < 0.05),high touch,place your feet jump run-up single foot takeoff high touch and the quick dribble layup test scores and no significant increase(p > 0.05).(2)Experimental group after composite training through rapid expansion,run-up hop touch high,full fast dribble layup,standing long jump,in situ feet high jump to touch a reverse layup and the "T" word these five grades improved test project,among them,the run-up jump on one foot high touch,his quick dribble layup grades mean difference is very significant(P < 0.01),standing long jump results mean difference has significant difference(P < 0.05);There was no significant difference between the "T" word and the "T" word.This shows that the rapid expansion combined training can promote the explosive power level of lower limbs effectively.(3)Through the comparison and analysis of the data of the control group and the experimental group,it can be concluded that there are very significant differences between the two items(P < 0.01).The "T" zigzag had a significant difference(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between standing long jump and standing high jump.It can be seen that the difference of test indicators between the experimental group and the control group is more significant after the experiment.Moreover,the mean difference of each index in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group because of the setting of the independent variable of the rapid expansion combined training in the experimental group.This shows that the method of experimental group is better than that of control group in the training of explosive power of lower limbs.The conclusions are as follows:(1)common resistance strength training and rapid expansion combined training can improve the explosive power level of lower limbs.The combination of rapid expansion and contraction training can significantly improve the performance of the single-foot starting jump and touching the height of the high jump,the whole court rapid ball layup,and the standing long jump performance has a significant difference.The use of common resistance strength training can make the "T" zigzag running performance has a very significant improvement,standing long jump performance has a significant improvement.(2)high in run-up single foot takeoff,all quick dribble a reverse layup layup,"T" word in these three test index scores,with rapid expansion composite training is superior to common resistance to the effect of strength training.
