In this paper, based on physical activity behavior ecology model, daily exercise behavior of high school students in Shanghai as the main research content. Aimed at from the individual factors, family factors, school factors, community and policy factors in five aspects to explore the impact of high school students in Shanghai physical activity behavior, constructs a model of exercise behavior ecology is suitable for high school students in Shanghai, with a view to creating a a positive environment and atmosphere provide corresponding strategies and recommendations. The use of literature acquire basic theoretical knowledge framework of domestic and foreign research and summarized factors exercise behavior among adolescents, to extract the factors exercising behaviors of high school students;combined with expert interviews to determine the dimension of preliminary surevy questionnaire items; Through the questionnaire survey to obtain study data; and finally by mathematical statistics to test the model, the model fit the situation and examine the data.(1) Individual psychological behavior、health consciousness and present situation is the individual structural equation latent factors. Physiological factors associated with individual health status and physical fitness is large, and physiological factors regardless of whether the individual in good condition, individual psychological needs can also be met, exercise is not the only way an individual to carry out social activities, and interpersonal communication.(2) Family culture of health awareness and socio-economic environment is family factor structural equation potential factor. When the family socioeconomic status reach a certain level, exercise awareness of parents, family environment can get better promotion and development. But only the economic base and no exercise consciousness, even the best economic fundamentals can not be prompted individuals to engage in sports, so parents exercise awareness is very important, parents exercise consciousness to subtle influence in adolescent students, and cultivate consciousness of exercise is to cultivate teenagers parents exercise consciousness. Parents exercise awareness raising will not only affect the exercise behavior of middle school students, more will support high school students to participate in sports, specifically to learn the importance of exercise and healthy.(3)Teachers’ professional consciousness and school exercise environment is the school factor of two potential factor structural equation model. School influence mainly reflects in the middle school students’exercise behavior of PE teachers teaching philosophy, teaching methods and extra-curricular sports activities. The quality of school sports activities, and school leadership attention and support play a decisive role. Therefore, not only the requirements of PE teachers in schools with a scientific and reasonable teaching concept, teaching methods, high professionalism, but also need the support of school leaders and other teachers.(4) Community sports resources spatial layout, social values, community residents’activity space layout are three potential factors of the community factors structural equation model. Community Sports Resources spatial layout closely associated with sports atmosphere, the greater likelihood of the teenagers use community recreation facilities, the greater likelihood of residents out of the house to exercise, The possibility to withdraw due to lack of exercise partners reduced accordingly, by forming community sports atmosphere. Teenagers are at the peak of youth development, with strong star worship plot, so the sports stars should pay attention to their words and deeds, for healthy development of high school students a good example.(5) Policy factors Scale including sports administrative execution and policy resources guarantee two potential factors. Any policy measures from formulation to implementation requires support in all aspects of the government departments, but also the need to strengthen supervision to ensure the effectiveness of policy measures to implement and authenticity, adolescent students’ physical health problems can be improved.
