Objective:In order to explore the primary and secondary school girls every day of the week of different intensity of physical activity(physical activity, referred to as “PA”)status and analysis of the differences in different grades, school and social economic status(social economic status, referred to as “SES”) girls a week leisure time(Leisure-time, refers to working days morning 8 o’clock- afternoon at 4 o’clock outside all the time and weekend day)moderate and vigorous physical activity(moderate and vigorous physical activity, referred to as “MVPA”) and the use of interviews, under the framework of the ecological model(ecological model,referred to as “EM”), analysis of the influencing factors of primary and middle school girls leisure time PA from five aspects of personal and family(parents), organization(school), environment(community), policy.Method:Use of instruments for the measurement and measurement samples a week daily PA, focuses on the analysis of the study sample "a week leisure time in MVPA";in the pre measurement and investigation, paving the way, using interviews further analyzes the factors influencing the girl leisure PA.Results:1 Shanghai part of primary and secondary school girls a week on average daily leisure time 11.15 mins consumption MVPA. The, a week working on leisure time in MVPA9.64mins/d and weekend time consuming 13.32mins/d, small school girl leisure time weekend MVPA consumes more than working days MVPA time consumption. The difference of MVPA activity was significant in different grades of girls in different grades, and the difference was not significant between different school and SES grade female students in one week MVPA.2 individual level: attitude, motivation, personality, emotion and self-confidence, as well as their own sports skills will have an impact on their leisure time PA. Among them, the most significant intervention is "self preference".3 family level: parents’ attitudes and support(verbal encouragement, active company and material support) have an impact on girls’ leisure time PA. In particular, the initiative to accompany their parents to increase the interest and time of female students to participate in activities. Home fitness spending and the number of home appliances and the use of the situation on girls’ leisure time physical activity also has an impact, but mainly by their own interests and have no time to decide.4 Organization(school) level: Students’ attitude does not interfere with girls’ leisure time PA, mainly by the students’ support in the "speech encouragement" to promote the role of more. Physical education teacher support can stimulate the interest of girls.The school sports atmosphere is good, the female participation enthusiasm is high.School sports facilities do not affect girls’ leisure time PA. The school physical education curriculum can promote the female student activity quantity to increase.Most girls have a wide variety of after-school activities, the lack of time activities,which has become a major obstacle to.5. Environment(community) level: community and external environment quality,high safety, improve the life of leisure and entertainment facilities, travel convenient and distance in public places is near, block effect of female leisure time PA smaller,activity time more.6 policy level: the policy of the school through the school to the school girls leisure time PA intervention, the impact is indirect.Conclusions:Shanghai primary and secondary school girls sit for a long time a week, leisure time MVPA activity is low. No difference not schoolmate the section, different levels of SES girl leisure time PA. Female students in different grades of leisure time PA differences, high grade PA is higher than low grade. The study confirmed that the leisure time of female students in primary and secondary schools is restricted by the specific factors of the five core levels of the ecological theory model PA. Especially the level of the individual’s own hobbies, family level of the parents take the initiative to accompany, organization(school) students verbal encouragement, environment(community) level within and outside the community sports facilities and access to the distance of primary and middle school students leisure time PA has important influence. Policy level through an indirect way to affect girls’ leisure PA.
