Research in the training of young talents has become a priority for winter sports in Changchun.Through the investigation on the situation of aerials project reserve talent cultivation which is in the team of aerials project in Changchun municipal City : details of aerials project training, athlete selection, training and competition’s system and types, the judgers, facilities and others, also analyze the restrictive factors on training the freestyle skiing aerials reserve talents and the problems in its development, It is got the following conclusions:(1) The overall strength is in the national forefront, but in technical difficulty also have certain disparity with top athletes in other provinces; the trend in development in the future is toward to high difficulty action. The highest difficulty of action in 2011 is rised from 3.125 to 4.425, which reflects the development trend of the future in the project of Freestyle Skiing Aerials, it moves toward the high difficulty.(2) the not reasonable coaches knowledge structure, the insufficient number of coaches, the Job Title of coaches, the generally low education level, and the ability of scientific research is not high;(3) The imperfect management system, the selection of athletes lack of scientific, athletes need to be improved, and don’t put the point on the cultural education of athletes;(4) Lack of training facilities and equipments, few aerial skills training project training places in urban, and the humble training facilities let training venues cannot get sufficient guarantee. Suggestions:(1) the sports management departments need to improve the effort of macro-control in the freestyle skiing aerials project, promote the sustainable development of air movement skills, promote the sustainable development of the aerial skill.(2) improve the reserve personnel training system construction of Freestyle Skiing Aerials in our province, pay attention on the selection and training of Freestyle Skiing Aerials coaches, improve the management and training system of aerial techniques for coaches and referees, perfect the appraisal and incentive mechanism.(3) Strengthen the reserve forces in Freestyle Skiing Aerials athletes, achieved new breakthroughs in the field of talent construction project in Freestyle Skiing in our province Aerials; promote sustainable development of our province.(4) Expand the freestyle skiing aerial skill project, develop the funding channels to improve the facilities construction, ensure the reserve talent cultivation freestyle skiing aerial project goes smoothly.
