At present, the national living standard continuously improves the level and economic growth unceasingly, more and more people to the requirement of quality of life have greatly improved, especially in the area of health and medical service quality. However, the actual medical levels did not reach the ideal level, it is important that easy to lead to medical disputes, this aspect is embodied in people for medical quality between the high demands, high expectations and the actual therapeutic level is not harmonious. Therefore, medical disputes are medical fields have to face the problem, this request should be timely solve the related problem. The purpose of this report is to take a series of methods to study the medical disputes and draw relevant conclusions, such as literature data collection, sample case analysis, questionnaire survey and interviews, etc.(1) Medical disputes happened before, as a third party for the role of health care workers should be involved both doctors and give the corresponding service. On the one hand, it can make patients objective clearly recognizing her condition. On the other hand, the doctor also can suit the remedy to the case and search for the best treatment. The aim takes a positive role and can avoid medical dispute.(2) The hospital can pay more attention to young and middle-aged and higher degrees in the hospital, because they played a key role in the propaganda of medical social work, so that their behavior is a positive image of the pioneer. Medical social workers can rely to the role of the "medical adviser" and "psychological expert" to coordinate medical disputes, due to their own quality training is more persuasive.(3) In the beginning of medical social workers in patients with intervention, if they are not able to win the trust of patients party, then it need to rely on the role of the chief physician, access to the patient’s trust, in order to better finish the work.(4) Medical disputes are the hospital is hard to avoid and solve the problems in the present social environment. So medical social workers not only need to have good quality and language communication, but also have strong psychological quality and dedication. More important medical social workers should learn to use of resources, integration of resources, through the power of the group policy both doctors to help resolve the problem of medical disputes.(5) The feasibility of the social work intervention in the hospital the way is:the right way to young and middle-aged and higher degrees (hospital)-China objects work of social workers, social workers work in full swing (guide other medical personnel for the work of social workers enthusiasm)-social worker’s own medical knowledge learning, learning from the introduction object), forming a virtuous cycle-a positive image of the hospital propaganda, coupled with the cultivation of the social work their own "psychological expert".(6) The feasibility of the social work intervention in patients with party way to find it hard to trust:(if encounter patients party, led by chief physician) for the introduction and higher degrees of middle-aged and young (patients), cut the object’s work of social workers, social workers work in full swing (object to point to the surface through a way to carry out the other side of the work), feedback the patient progress and requirements (give the hospital party correct health care information), form a virtuous cycle-eventually more perfectly complete medical process, avoid the generation of medical disputes.The report according to the study and put forward the following Suggestions:(1) In terms of national policy, social work intervention in the medical dispute need state support and publicity and gives certain exercise right, this is an important means to better serve the public, to obtain the trust of the masses, thus improve the popularity and recognition of society.(2) the social work also need social the public offer certain space and support in public opinion.
