| The physical education of our country couldn’t fit in with the needs of the society, PE teaching reform is still on the way. “Outline of national ordinary college sports curriculum teaching” has pointed out the direction of PE teaching reform, but “how to do” is worth further probing.In the PE teaching reform, shifts in thinking about PE teaching are the forerunner, and the renewing of medium and method about PE teaching is the base. The problem of disconnection between theory and practice of PE had been found after PE teaching reform and this problem was caused by the teaching reform of PE. From 1980 s, there have been some researches about physical education models. These researches are coupled with teaching thought and teaching methods. And they should be of great significance to improve the quality of physical education. They have made many achievements since the researchers of physical education began to study physical education models. There are kinds of physical education models, some of them which can cultivate people’s team spirit could fit in with the needs of the society.With the development of society, the only child in China increased, but these only children at home are objects, parental attention due to be spoiled, improper family education, it is easy to cultivate self centeredness in the heart, can not very good care of others and to get along with people, also cannot learn to compete and cooperate together. It is this situation, use this kind of teaching students to learn to help the child class how to communicate with their peers, exchanges and cooperation, cultivate their teamwork spirit, which is conducive to their development has become more urgent.The author based on the previous research, combined with the understanding of the relevant theory and his own, defining the concept of team teaching mode, and the guiding ideology, the structure of teaching process and the corresponding evaluation scheme are accordingly defined or design. Then, according to the actual situation of Public Physical Education in Henan Normal University volleyball teaching, design the application of team teaching model, make test plans, conducts the research to the application of team teaching in Volleyball Teaching in college, to test the team teaching mode of practical application effect, in order to make some exploration!The test results show that, it is feasible to adopt the teaching mode of college sports teams in volleyball teaching, can play its unique role. And draw the following conclusion:1. In the university public sports volleyball teaching the use of team teaching mode, can effectively promote the development of students’ physical fitness. The development of students’ physical fitness will help to promote students’ health level.2. In the university public sports volleyball teaching the use of team teaching, help to improve the students to master the skills of volleyball. Volleyball skills and master, will be conducive to enhance students’ interest in volleyball, so as to lay the foundation for the cultivation of students’ consciousness of lifelong sports. In the university public sports volleyball teaching the use of team teaching mode, can strengthen student cooperation consciousness and ability.4. In order to give full play to the role of team teaching mode, this paper proposes to use to strengthen team teaching mode, the overall quality of teachers and students’ learning ability. |
