Research On The Team Role Tendency Of The Core Team Of College Students’ Female Volleyball Team

With the development, construction and management team attracted more and more attention to companies and sports teams, a good team is composed of different players, they have different features and capabil ities, and in their own teamlt plays a role, For this reason, many scholars have done a lot research team roles, and draw the relevant conclusions, in which the use is as widespread "Belbin Team Role theory", while the core players in the volleyball game too much of our attention, and the core Training team were discussed, But only the core of the team should have only the features and functions are described for the court, for the cultivation of the core players in addition to self characteristics and core members of the team roles tendency these external conditions, the core of the team is an important condition for the selection of core playersIn this study,2014--2015 National University Volleyball League (Northern Division) Women’s top eight teams:Beijing Sport University, Shandong Normal University, Central University of Finance and Economics, China Ocean University, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Lanzhou University, Beijing Jiaotong University, Nankai University for the survey, the use of "Belbin team role Theory" questionnaire and self core team of coaches and athletes questionnaire empirical research, using Excel2010 software questionnaire results were analyzed to verify the hypothesis, results showed that:l.The core team plays a vital role in the volleyball game, a good team should have 2-3 core members;2.Core members of the team field position than biased in favor of the offensive, according to expert opinion and data results show that the position of the core members of the court should be spiker;3. The core members of the self cognition to a greater extent than other members of the team, core member’s self rating results with the coaches score results.4. In team roles, the core members of the first team role tends to be condensed by, followed by a perfectionist and coordination, in addition to those outside cohesion should also have a perfectionist and coordinator role characteristics;5. Team role balance and competition performance, there is a good team role more balanced, but there is no obvious correlation between team strength and competition ranking. Volleyball players in the two roles of cohesion and perfect ion ism tend to be higher, there may be the relationship between the surface and the training, the competition, the actual lack of communication, the phenomenon of accumulation.
