In recent years with,along with the times and social development, China labor greatly improved the level of labor is constantly flowing. The majority of these workers are leaving their children to their home location,taking care of the home,relatives and dependents.There is such a special group in Yanbian,even if there is plenty of material life can not compensate for the pain they separated from loved ones.Even a year can not be with their father or mother see one,can only maintain this family by telephone.Based on the above,this type of child is positioned to children left behind.However,for these children left behind,there have been some common problems,through the understanding of children and concern,I believe that weariness has become the primary problem.Weariness problem for the future development of the child’s relationship with a decisive,also led to the foundation is not solid personnel training issues. In terms of learning problems in children is cause for concern,but in the Yanbian region due to the special geographical children have wrong understanding on learning.This article selects the crossing at Y community of the children’s home the children as the research sample, after a lot of contact, in the daily communication with the children and the process of communication, to know that all aspects of the left-behind children, emotional and perception of family life and cognition, and the children for their parents miss the feeling and emotion, although did not use the expression of words directly, but the author can deeply felt the blood is thicker than water of affection. For the definition of social work, is the practice and application of combination and common development, children’s school social work and social work is indispensable to a very important two big modules, combined by both can better to education children how to set up the correct learning attitude. From the perspective of professional social work, the author think, should be the correct view of left-behind children learning the phenomenon, reduce the deviation of cognition, should give them more care and companionship. Try to understand their inner real ideas in order to better education, they let them to learn new knowledge and understanding of the importance of learning, and understand what can change the fate of their future study. The study found that after 6 team work, the perspective of theory, positive reinforcement and advantage to bandura social learning theory as the foundation, through the activities of the group to generate new knowledge and interest in learning, cultivate children’s correct learning motivation. To learning disabilities children have played a positive role in the game to attract the attention of children, learning and make it active contact, in order to get good grades. Before changed their attitude towards learning, and the wrong cognition in learning. Through group activities to let children get relaxed mood, strengthen the learning interest and correct learning motivation.
