A case study of the S central school of Inner Mongolia shangdu county as exmple was conducted for 4 months.Through participation observation and interviews with teachers and head teachers,we know that these left-behind children are often late for school and leave early.Low completion rate;Inattention;Low academic performance is not advanced.The causes : in the first,lacks the family education and the surveillance.Parents are always away from home and busy to supervise and guide their children's homework.Grandparents are older and less literate.Second,school education is inadequate.Teachers and schools haven't given special care to left-behind children and haven't realized the seriousness of the problem.Third,the negative impact of social speech.Some parents deeply influenced by the theory that reading is useless,often talk about negative acases to children,resulting in children's cognitive errors.According to the different manifestations of Left-behind children's weariness of learning and guided by different actives,conduct 10 times group activities to help left-behind children who are tired of learning to re-recognize their learning,to attract children's attention by games and stories,to relax their emotions,to strengthen their learning motivation,to change their wrong perceptions,and to make them actively study and strive for progress in the group activities and constantly encouraged to face predicaments,help them tap their potential,fully mobilize their enthusiasm and creativity,help them self-help,and ultimately help themselves to improve their interest in learning and reduce their degree of weariness through the improvement of their comprehensive ability.left-behind children who are tired of learning are reliaze learning again,Cultivate correct study habits,so that children can be tired of learning to maintain a good learning attitude,gradually improve their interest in learning and effectively reduces their weariness.On the basis of the above work,carry out evaluates and reflects on the intervention of group social work in the problem of left-behind children's weariness of school,and puts forward Suggestions to parents,teachers and schools,so as to better help left-behind children solve the problem of weariness and promote the healthy growth and all-round development.
