Currently, retired athletes’ transition psychological pressure is becomingmore and more prominent. Many athletes in the sport after the termination of hiscareer, found a tremendous imbalance between their psychological identity and reality,it is difficult smooth transition of employment, based on the community, thus leadingathletes retired transition occurs sense of loss, anxiety and other psychological stressphenomena, and for in-depth study of these psychological pressure from the pressuresource and psychological experience, etc., contribute to psychological counselingguidance retired athletes in transition, this article73Shandong College coaches in thename of retired athletes transition to the survey, the transition to retired athletespsychological stress for the study, the use of qualitative research methods for retiredathletes in transition psychological problems exist in the natural situation, subjectivemental experience, mental confusion and behavior in-depth interviews, in-depthanalysis on the basis of psychological stressors and mental activity athlete retirementtransition.Thesis the following conclusions: the cultural level (1) retired athletestransition appears low, confused about the future of work, interpersonal and identitychange concerns the loss of their main source of stress, are: anxiety, loss, depression,confusion and loneliness and other symptoms.(2) athlete injury worries and stress oflife is secondary to the pressure source, the main manifestations are: self-denial, fall inlife satisfaction.
