Research On The Predicament,Problems And Outlet Of Retirement Placement Of Professional (Professional) Athletes

The placement of retired athletes has always been a major difficulty in the field of competitive sports in my country.The placement of retired athletes is not only related to the athletes' future professional development,but also to the social harmony and stability.After years of practice and exploration,the relevant domestic departments and agencies have gradually explored a set of relevant policies and countermeasures to solve the placement of retired athletes.With the further deepening of social and economic reforms,the placement of retired athletes will face new challenges.Although the existing retired athletes placement program has been effective,there are still some root issues that have not been resolved,such as the generally low quality of retired athletes,their poor social adaptability,and difficulties in reemployment.Only when these series of problems have been properly resolved can we better help the reemployment of retired athletes and enable my country's competitive sports to achieve new breakthrough development.In this paper,through the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,comparative research method,case study method and other research methods,the professional retired basketball players in Zhejiang Province are used as the research object,and the retired athletes such as table tennis and track and field are used as the comparative objects for research.The status quo and problems of their placement after retirement.This article is divided into four parts: the first part describes the background,significance,related concepts,relevant theoretical basis,and domestic and foreign literature reviews of the topic;the second part introduces the research objects and main research methods of this article;the third part The current situation,existing problems and solutions of professional basketball players' retirement in Zhejiang Province were analyzed concretely.The fourth part summarizes the corresponding texts in full,and puts forward the deficiencies and prospects.Through research,this article draws the following conclusions:(1)The ratio of male and female basketball retired athletes in Zhejiang Province is not large;the age is concentrated at 15-25 years old;most of them are from rural areas;the education level is mainly junior colleges and undergraduates,and the average education level is low;the income after reemployment is concentrated at 3000-The range of 5,000 yuan,the income level is relatively low;mainly to the national first-level and second-level athletes.(2)The reemployment rate of professional sports athletes in our province after retired is low and the situation is grim;most athletes are engaged in industries different from the major;a large percentage of athletes are not satisfied with the current employment situation;the government has not given a large scale Athletes arrange employment;the provincial teams where the athletes used to implement the employment placement policies,cultural courses,learning courses and other related content are not enough.(3)Retired basketball players in Zhejiang Province face three major problems: low quality of job placement,narrow employment placement channels,and lack of policy guarantees for job placement.(4)Retired basketball athletes and table tennis and track and field athletes in Zhejiang Province have low education levels and need to be further strengthened as a whole;basketball retired athletes have a wide range of employment,while retired table tennis athletes tend to pursue higher education and self-employment In two parts,track and field athletes tend to be self-employed;in the process of employment of retired basketball players,the employment rate is not significantly related to their basketball skills,and among retired table tennis players,the better the performance,the more secure the job placement.(5)After sorting out the problems above,the author summarizes four coping strategies: 1.Change the education method of high-level athletes;2.Improve the training mechanism of high-level athletes;3.Strengthen the guarantee system of high-level athletes.
