In tennis sports, any a smooth completion of the technical movement requires participation on both sides of the body, thus both sides of the body coordination and balance are especially important. In our daily life, it is generally characterized that one hand’s activity ability is strong (.strong), another hand is relatively weak (weak side hand). And there are serval studies show that on one side of the body, the movement is controlled by the contralateral hemisphere dominance, when one side of the body mastering a sport technology, even if the other side of the body with no special training will be very easy to master the technology, because of the theory of bilateral transfer. Traditional training with the strong side hand training is given priority training, to some extent, that limits the development of weak side hand. And there are some studies have shown that the right brain is the movement of the brain, so training for the right-handed’s left hand, namely training right brain at the same time, thus improve their exercise capacity. Obviously, the traditional tennis teaching models have not meet the needs of modern tennis, and needing a new teaching method to improve the tennis training.Adolescence period is the most important period in the tennis training process, the development of the strongthe and the weak side hand is the key to the sports skills comprehensive development. This study is to explore the application of the non-dominant hand practices in amateur junior tennis training, by strengthening the weak side hand (take an example of most people the left hand is the weak side), which is basd on the theory of bilateral transfer and the whole brain type sports of teaching method in tennis teaching. Exercises mainly presents the many balls, focuses on the standardization of the action, precision, depth and stability.This research uses the literature material, expert investigation, teaching experiment, mathematical statistics and other research methods, by setting the control group and experimental group and control group using conventional teaching method, the control group on the basis of the conventional teaching methods to join the left hand’s training, the basic technology of two groups of subjects were measured betore and after the test, then contrast analysis the tests. And finaly drawing the following conclusions:1. Strengthen the weak side hand forehand in tennis training exercises for strong side hand forehand and backhand technical ability to have a positive impact. In this study, the ability to test the basic technology adoption rates ways ITN Tennis technical proficiency test, mainly test accuracy, depth and continuity of the subjects batting. Different tests every shot scored region, then the score different; and by bouncing the ball a second time after landing from one point to be added or get double points, so that athletes can be a good response capacity and hit the ball strength, which are important factorses in the decision of tennis technique.2. Strengthen the weak side hand in tennis training hand volley technique exercises, the impact on accuracy, depth and stability volley aspects have yet to be verified;3. Strengthen the weak side hand in tennis training serve exercises, the impact of technology on the strong side of the hand teeaccuracy, depth and stability constraints due to the experimental conditions to be further researches;4. strengthing the weak side hand of technical practice can improve the students’learning initiative in the amateur junior tennis training. Due to changes in a single training mode, actively lead students to think of technical movements.
