Basketball Teaching Practice In The Contralateral Hand Technique Training Experiment Research

Instinct for right-handed people, the left side of the brainhemisphere dominance; left-handed people, the right hemisphere of thebrain is dominant in our life, which produced the vast majority of peopleare strong, the weak hand of. We use the instinctual habits of a hand tocomplete the technical movements of the practice, known as the strongpractice; conversely, called the weak hand exercises.Basketball is a mainly by hands to complete the transport, transferand pitches and other technical action sports. In modern basketball match,in fast attack and defense conversion, request right hand must can carry,pass, shot, and can coordinate the work each other. The juvenile stageis the motor skill learning and the best period of development, and thestrength of the contralateral hand is the development of basketball sportsskill learning and development key.Find different age or an age the weakside hand learning of motor skills in the sensitive period is particularlyimportant, in order to avoid missing motor skill learning and sensitiveperiod to bring irreparable loss.This paper selects ShuangYaShan city one in and attached middle schoolwith120students, is the right hand for the strong side hand, left handfor the weak side hand as the object of study. All the students accordingto the age is divided into early, high school in two groups, each groupnumber is60people, junior age groups for the13-15(age), a group ofhigh school age (years), the16-18group respectively implementationsamples paired design experiment, the two groups of students were a periodof training, each group which I am using conventional teaching professor.And there are two senior coach for help. Through the experiment to thestudent in the dribbling, passing, the moving shoot three indicators for side weak hand technical skills test, technology assessment method,access to research data required, on the weak side hand training sensitiveperiod.The results show that: the dribble,13-15(old) age of the weak sidehand before and after the training than the difference in16-18(old)age side weak hand training significantly; in passing13-15(old) ageof the weak side hand training and16-18(old) age of the weak side handtraining before and after the significant difference was not obvious; inbetween shots,13-15(old) age of the weak side hand before and afterthe training than the difference in16-18(old) age significantly weakside hand before and after training.
