| Chinese Tennis Association annual college began in1994, the annual session of the National College organized a tennis match, intense competition in schools, for schools and all the players fight for their best results. However, some college tennis team often achieved outstanding results in this tournament, in these honors college, where team building is a very important factor. Therefore, this study focuses on qualitative interviews, literature, field observation, comparative analysis and expert interviews to recruit high-level tennis players have qualified a total of31colleges and universities in2012issued by the Ministry of Education issued against its under the questionnaire, which was found six universities in the hardware outdoor stadium, school leadership attention, six universities of common attributes, such as master’s degree of tennis coach, the participating Chinese college students and the "president*s Cup "the more excellent academic performance tennis tournament in nearly four years, the substantive interviews and research and led to its tennis team coach. Through research concluded:1. These six higher institutions mentioned are all capable of providing their tennis team members with sufficient training fields and facilities where tennis matches or tournaments can be held. Moreover, with the advent of the "tennis pop", great concern of the school leaders and scientific admission policies and student management, the training and administration of their high-level tennis teams tend to be more and more systematic; thus, they have better achievements in tennis matches than others.2. Tennis coaches in those universities take it as their duty to improve trainees’skills and gain more glories for their universities. The coaches are willing to help diligent team members; meanwhile, they prefer to lead and train their teams in a flexible way; that is, they plan the training according to the players’schedule with different training content but the same clear objective. Also, to set an example for their trainees, the coaches are so strict to their trainees in the field; however, extremely friendly and easygoing in daily lives. More importantly, they help their trainees to handle both academic studies and tennis training in order to ensure trainees’obtaining future development.3. Those six universities all release advantageous admission policies to appeal to large quantities of excellent prospective members for their tennis teams; furthermore, the disciplines for the regulars are correspondingly even stricter.Suggestions based on research and relevant discussion are as follows:1. Expand the ranks of scale construction, strengthen the development of the hardware facilities, solve the problem of hardware facilities and training of high level athletes in colleges bring trouble.2. A coach is the core power of his team, so his high vocational level ensures successful team construction. In order to achieve such a success, it is feasible for high institutions to build coach competition system, inspiring and spurring coaches; then, they will improve their professional and learning skills and renovate their own ideas actively. Also, the communication between coaches must be attached importance to; inviting foreign coaches to lecture new knowledge is a way to enhance scientific and sound tennis trainings.3. Improve the recruitment system, and strive to build a "one-stop" team training mode; break the school and the provinces and cities as the boundaries of the enrollment system, enlarge enrollment; deal with the relationship between team learning and training, improve the comprehensive quality of the team’s ability to truly sustainable development.4. Evaluation system is built tennis team’s training quality, monitoring includes the initial state of athletes, to determine the stage goal and the ultimate objective, and the cyclical nature of its training program and its implementation of the convergence measurement. For the management and training system and scientific, a high level of tennis team overall strength together to build more powerful force. |
