Construction Of The Compound Coach Team About Amateur Tennis Training In Colleges And Universities In Henan Province

Colleges and universities are one of the important places for cultivating competitive sports talents in the country.How to make full use of their own advantages in resources,conduct scientific and reasonable amateur sports training and improve their competitive level have become important directions for the development of college competitive sports.Coaches are an important part of improving the competitive level of amateur sports training in colleges and universities.In the competitive sports,the construction of compound coaching team has become increasingly effective in improving the level of sports competition.This study builds a composite coaching team of college tennis amateur training teams on the basis of cooperative theory,aiming to improve the utilization rate of resources in colleges and universities in Henan Province and improve them.The training effect and competitive performance of the amateur training team in tennis promote the competitive level and athletic ability of the students in colleges and universities of Henan Province,and cultivate excellent competitive tennis talents for the country.Through the literature method,investigation method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis of 8 colleges and universities in Henan Province,the coach and the student athletes were investigated and analyzed.Through investigating the coaches and athletes of the Henan University's Tennis Amateur Training Team,we learned about the existing problems in the team building of the coaching staff of the Henan Provincial College Amateur Training Team.The survey shows that the age stratification of coaches of college tennis amateur training teams in Henan province tends to be younger overall,and they have a higher level of education and good knowledge of sports,but they need to be improved in their athletic experience;most of the Henan college tennis amateur training team The coaches have conducted business training and further improvement through on-the-job training;the minority amateur tennis training team in Henan Province already has the conditions and practice of multiple coaches working together to guide and train,and most colleges and universities still use single-person,single-leadership and leadership.The appointed method appointed the tennis team coaches;most colleges and universities in Henan province lacked the assessment of the coaches leading the team.Even if there were assessments for the coaches leading the team training,they were only retained in the form;the amateur tennis training team of the colleges and universities in Henan Province The coach thinks that the most serious problem in the construction of the compound coaching team for the Henan Amateur Tennis Training Team is funding.Based on the cooperation theory,the author supports the construction of the compound coach team of the tennis amateur training team in Henan from the four aspects of the cooperation theory,namely,the conditions of cooperation,the motivation of cooperation,the control of cooperation and the guarantee of cooperation.The following conclusions are drawn from the study: First,the construction of a compound coaching team based on its own reality.In order to maintain the stability of the internal environment,it is necessary to formulate sound rules and regulations,establish a team culture,and form a healthy conflict.The normal operation of the team also needs to improve the external environment of the coaching team.Fourth,the compound coaching team of the college tennis amateur training team in Henan Province needs to consider the regulation of cooperation.The cooperation regulation mainly regulates team goals,team communication,and team profit distribution..Fifth,the construction of a compound ensure stable relationships among team members.Fourth,the team should establish a good communication mechanism so that the information flow between team members can be unimpeded,gradually establish mutual trust,and form a stable cooperative relationship.Improve the incentive mechanism and distribute the benefits based on the contribution rate of team members.Fifth,funds are raised through various means.Such as school-enterprise integration,access to sponsorship and club operations,etc.for the training team to raise funds for certain protection.
