Language courses is the strongest humanities discipline in all school curriculum.Its text in shape of a large number of characters.These images are passed out the gender awareness.It has a significant impact for students to build an objective understanding of gender and women’s attitudes.Textbook,which is one of the carriers of curriculum text,and the most direct culture text in school education,has a great effect on the development of students’body and mind.In this paper,feminist perspective as a starting point,latest PEP junior high school Chinese textbook for the study.The author statistics,analysis and discussion materials images of women which involved in the textbooks,to reveal the presence of gender bias against women.Research is divided into five parts.The first part,which expounds the reason for choose the topic,meaningand the sort of past reasearch on the gender education.Through the basis of previous research results, the formation of the theoretical basis of this article. The second part,which expounds characters in Chinese textbooks in present education connotation, the meaning of the language textbooks on gender education and the value orientation of characters in the book should have.The third part,which approaching textbooks sex world from the perspective of the author’s,analyzed the image of women involved in the study which in lastest PEP junior high school Chinese textbook.The fourth part,which is mainly about interview with the textbook users,including the teachers and students.Through interviews with teachers and students to communicate, understand the impact of textbooks in shaping the image of women as its cause.The fifth part is a combination of static and dynamic analysis of the interview text has been effectively problems institute for reflection and discussion to explore, such as attempts to give sound advice on how to overcome the image of women that exist in the textbook issue. Expect to find the missing gaps of previous studies by this research, a number of controversial topics explored in depth in order to draw attention and reflection image of women in textbooks on language issues.
