The process of high jump take-off is the core of affecting the effect of the jump, is to make the body get a good posture after takeoff from the ground instantly, and achieve a good effect on take-off, spring up sufficiently,so athletes can smoothly over the bar. In this paper, as the center on the index of high jump take-off posture, using the method of image measurement and data processing technology of different levels of eight athletes jump process, take jump process image data sorting and kinematics analysis,contrast and conclusion the factors affecting the process of high jump take-off,and the different of the kinematics index,and the process of high jump take-off effect on takeoff effection. To deepen the understanding for the high jump, provide reference for teaching and training.This article uses the literature material method, expert interview method, video measuring method, data processing method, technology of eight different technical levels the attitude kinematics analysis in the process of the athletes’takeoff.Research conclusions:1. Posture control fosbury style high jump take-off process affected by the curvature of curve run-up speed and curving approach, the faster the run-up speed, the smaller the curve curvature, the attitude control of the body, the more difficult, the opposite is relatively easy; At the same time the body muscle contraction and diastole and contraction order also affects the body posture in the process of takeoff control.2. In the test object Pan Xu and Li Junhua up the ceiling on instantaneous body mass center horizontal velocity and vertical velocity is low, this is because the last few steps run-up to takeoff consciousness is too strong, run into not active, at the same time their takeoff leg knee joint Angle is small, cause poor posture before takeoff, affect the body in the process of takeoff attitude control.3. Pan Xu and Yu Haitao jump jump level speed to vertical velocity in the process of conversion rate is low, they jump process control of the body posture is bad, will not be able to raise the utilization rate of horizontal speed very good.4. YueZhongHua, high grip, wangchen centroid levels at the start of the takeoff speed is larger, the body center of gravity, high jump process control the position of the body is good, so can achieve the large vertical velocity after complete the takeoff, over the high altitude.5. High grip, jump at the beginning of the take-off leg knee and hip joint Angle is bigger than wangchen, swinging leg swinging time early, knee and hip jump process stability, stretching and swing than wangchen, jump backward and body at the beginning of batter Angle smaller than wangchen, but in the process of takeoff inwardness and rake Angle variation is bigger than wangchen, shows high grip, fall in to the body in the process of takeoff and change control ability than the servants bad. 6. The low level of technology of the athletes in the ceiling on instantaneous velocity smaller body center of mass is, knee, hip Angle is small, poor takeoff process control of the body posture, body after tumbling in Angle change is bigger, swinging leg swinging time late, swing speed slow, cause takeoff to complete centroid vertical velocity is small, influence the effect of takeoff, cannot achieve higher up highly.7. At the beginning of the technical level high jump athletes body mass center horizontal velocity is larger, knee, hip Angle is big, the body fall in a large range and backward, introversive and backward takeoff process change is small, the control of posture, swinging leg swinging swinging fast early, jump to complete basic vertical to the ground when the body from the ground, centroid vertical velocity is large, can fully leaps.
