Aerobics-dance is a kind of fitness sports which can help exercise body, strengthen heart and shape physique. It is of high value. Including aerobics, la-la gym, boxing, sports dance, hip-hop and other kind of fitness sports, aerobics-dance course is known for its power and beautiful stretches, liveliness and lightness. What’s more, it is easy to understand and can edify people’s sentiment. Now its unique charm has attracted a great many college students to participate in, particularly popular with girl students in colleges and universities. However, few boy students think so. In an analysis of such imbalanced situation, this article chose boy students in Shannxi’s colleges and universities as a sample, employing questionnaire investigation, data statistics, documentation, expert interview, field survey and other research methods, to test factors which affect their learning status. In general, there are few differences between cognitive factors among students who have passed the university entrance exam, so this thesis considers non-cognitive factors a great lead to college students’ learning difference in aerobics dance course. Non-cognitive factors do not directly participate in the process of cognitive activity; it plays a role of coordination and guidance in those activities. Based on the theory of psychology, this thesis combines psychology of demand, motivation, interest, emotion, will power and characters and the daily learning of college and university students to guide practice. At the same time, it also examines the rationality of theory, improves pertinence and effectiveness of the curriculum education of colleges and universities, to finally achieve a balanced development of dance class curriculum innovation and comprehensive promotion of dance education among people. According to the specific circumstance of non-cognitive factors in boys’dancing classes in Shaanxi’s colleges, this thesis comes to the following conclusions:1.the influence of learning in aerobics-dance courses for the college boys non-cognitive factors embodied in learning interest, learning motivation, learning will, emotion and so on. Most important, relatively good performance students in aerobics-dance courses, the students performance is not ideal in such aspects as interest, motivation, will emotions and so on is negative.2.the characteristics of aerobics-dance, the traditional ideas, curriculum teaching content, teacher’s teaching methods of college boys in aerobics-dance courses of learning has significant impact on the development of non-cognitive factors.3.Another important factor is the traditional concept towards aerobics-dance courses, which means that the incorrect idea behind sports brings boys negative participation. Generally, they consider aerobics-dance as boy sports. Although some men show interest in participating in, they still tend to reject the sport in demand of severity and confrontational. Based on the above situation, this thesis analyzes the reason and countermeasures in the non-cognitive factors of boys’ learning in colleges and universities in Shannxi Province, which will have positive significance in a vigorous development of aerobics-dance course in the future.
