The athlete’s athletic ability is composed of many elements, although different sports and its main influencing factors are different, the development of outstanding athletic ability to follow the "barrel theory", emphasizing the quality movement coordination and overall development, so the competitive ability of sub elements should be balanced to improve, the physical fitness is affected athletes, technical and tactical play and sports performance factors, the most important key, it includes the strength, endurance, speed, flexibility, agility and coordination and other factors, the endurance quality affects the technology play stability and normative, and power is to master the tactics and the important basis to improve athletic performance, power as the power part quality also influence effective improve the understanding of motor skills and sports performance, they all have their own relatively independent function, also has restricted each other, mutual influence, therefore, if we want to win the honors in the physical class project, fully tap the physical must with endurance training and strength training more specialization, refinement.In this paper, through the study of different combinations of endurance and strength training, with simple strength group, no endurance training on the same day to endurance strength, endurance group after the first day of the next day after the power of group of three combinations, selected high school sports students as experimental subjects to sports specialty (Longnan second middle school students as an example), selected30volunteers and divided them into3groups, preliminary data for a period of8weeks of the experiment. Through the analysis on the experimental results obtained the following conclusions:1. The subjects in the endurance and strength of different combination of training, the experimental group A, group B and group C, each group of inner explosive force performance than have a certain extent before training to improve. There is no endurance simple strength training group and the endurance and strength of different combination of exercise can improve the high school sports students in lower limb explosive force.2. The subjects in the endurance and strength of different combination of training. the experimental group A, control group B and C, after training at the group explosive force on the expression of A in the experimental group and the control group C was increased more significantly than the control group, B, and A in the experimental group and the control group C jump high base this on the same level in the vertical. And in the standing triple jump in three (2cm) and100m (0.04s) performance is not much difference. There is no endurance simple strength training group and the endurance and strength of different combination of practice has certain effects on improving middle school sports specialty is born of the explosive force of the lower limbs.3. All data analysis, the simple power group A without endurance training and interval after endurance training and strength training group after training in C, the explosive force of lower limbs were basically at the same level, without interval after endurance training and strength training group B after training on lower limb explosive performance relatively lower than those of group A and group C, the interval of endurance and strength training combined training method helps to improve the high school sports students in lower limb explosive strength, and conducive to the development of the overall quality of students.
