Looking for effective training methods of muscle strength has been always the focus of every national experts and coaches of sports training, which is also the training emphasis and difficulty. The vibration strength training is a new method of strength training, which gets more and more concerned by the characteristic that it can buildup muscle strength with less load.Based on referring to literature and interviewing experts, this research gains a lot of literature about vibration training at home and abroad,which provides adequate theoretical foundation in the experimental design and results of analysis; through the experimental method, We used the JET VIBE (ETS-900N model) vibration training plat, to do stimulate vibration strength training on Long Jumper from the Capital Institute of Physical Education; the vibration frequency was 35HZ-40HZ. After eight weeks of system strength training, used the ISOMED 2000 Isokinetic equipment to test subjects hip, knee and ankle flexion and extension, and then compared and analyzed the indicators of muscle strength testing befored,during and after the experiment, we got these following conclusions:1. With the same load conditions, the vibration strength training has more effective develop maximal strength of flexor to long-jumper (P<0.05), extensor is not obvious (P> 0.05).2. Compared to traditional strength training, in addition to the flexor of knee (P <0.05),vibration strength training is not discrepancy on the speed-strength,(P> 0.05).3. At the same time the development of muscle's resistance is significant in the hip and knee (P<0.05), the ankle is not obvious (P> 0.05); the development of muscle compatibility, apart from obvious changes in knee (P<0.05), hip and ankle have no significant difference (P> 0.05)。4. From the experiments before, during and after the chain growth factor, different stages for different joints have different impacts. Some joint changes more obvious than other phrase in the previous four weeks training in muscle strength, some joint changes in the last three weeks.
