The Influence Of Training Both Hands With The Same Or Different Skills On The Ability Of Controlling The Basketball

Since "the idea of full brain education" was brought to our country, it develops speedly, and is always concerned by many educational workers. But the idea starts late relatively in our country, it will be a long process to accept a kind of new teaching method, and need to be enriched, perfect the problems during the process. So as an attempt of "the idea of full brain education", I advance the subject of the enhancement and analysis in controlling basketball by both hands with the same or the different skills. In order to collect the regarding research at home and broad, the author searches from CNKI, Fujian Normal University Library and many search engine like Google with the keywords such as:learning by both hands at the same time, controlling of basketball, innovation of sports in skills and tactics, full brain sports education, dominant hand and unaccustomed hand and so on, the author also read a lot of core journals about sports, and many books in this area with a carefully analize. According to the reading, this paper expounds the reseach and flaws about enhancing the skill of controlling basketball at present.On this basis, this paper advance the the subject of "the enhancement and analysis in controlling basketball by both hands with the same or the different skills". The author take21players of Minnan Science and Technology men’s basketball team as the object of study, with experiments in contrast during the3-monthly training, then measure the ability of the players before the training as well as after it. The survey shows that, the team which use the method of learning by both hands with the same or the different skills, appears much better than doing the experiment before. That means, learning by both hands with the same or the different skills has an obvious promotion. This paper combine "the idea of full brain education" with basketball training for the first time, it expands the scope of this research in our country, has certain theoretical value. Meanwhile, the training method in the paper provide the basis of the development of basketball skills, has certain practical significance.For the past several years, the author pay close attention to "the idea of full brain education", quotes the full brain education theory of Mr. Xu Benli, attempt to combine the theory with the basic trainings of enhancing the controlling skill of basketball, verify the distance between full brain education and traditional methods in enhancing the ability, the asistance of reducing the distance between left and right hands, and whether it is useful for enhancing the ability of controlling basketball all around etc. The paper provides some valuable references for basketball basis training, and contribute a little for the expanding of the full brain education theory.
