With a rapid developing in China, sports business trend to globalization and international media paid gradually attention and be recognition on China sports。 However, there is a longer and harder developing way to globalization that China sports will be faced with various problems, difficulties and trials, such as Public Relations Crisis Management。The negative effects of sports public relations is not only for China sports, also the Chinese government will be influenced, that because of the attention is from global media。Therefore, the establishment of sports public relations crisis management model is essential of the world。This article will use literature analysis, interviews, and case analysis to study this project。Author will reference from U.S. sports public relations crisis management models and experiences to analysis and building China sports public relations crisis management mode in different situations and different issue。The finding of this thesis:1.Sports public relations crisis is discredited issue of personal behavior or organization which unpredictable and unexpected。Crisis management is process of prevention and control the discredited issue。2.Based on research, U.S. sports organization had4types model of crisis management, including:Grunig and Hunt classify types of public relations;Press Agentry/Publicity Model; Marra’s Advanced Model of Public Relations; Ramee’s crisis management model。3.The Crisis Management model of China is divided into4phase:data collection, prevention management, crisis management and reputation management。 Data collection used methods of informal, formal and brainstorming to collect relevant informationo The Prevention phase is to setting up PR teams, immediately responding to media and public, and making prevention plan。 During crisis, the sports organizations handing processes should open for public and media。After crisis, sports organization should to summarize and analyze issue, to prepare for the future of public relations crisis,and to re-build the reputation of the organization。...
