It is a natural extension of the Quality Education that Stressing students toparticipate in curriculum implementation,and it Is the only way to the new curriculumreform and “history strait”of Education reform.From the late1980s to the early20thcentury,educators launched a discussion about“Correct Educational Ideology,ClearEducational Objectives”to exclude the drawbacks of oriented education and advocatequality education. The connotations of quality education are “student-based”、“learning driven teaching”、 emphasizing the subjectivity of students、concernedabout the development of students. From the macro, after more than ten years theconcept and consciousness of quality education were extensive publicity, received bythe social subjects,and become standards of value in educational ethics and the theoryforce of education practice reform.There are five parts of this Paper. The first part is the introduction, includingformulation of the research﹑research mentality﹑literature review and conceptdefinition, etc. The second part is the analysis of basic concepts,analyzing theconnotation and extension of the concept of students’ participation in curriculumimplementation, and investigating the present predicament of it. First, implementationmethods of students’ participation in curriculum implementation. Based on theanalysis of the basic concepts and theories, this study suggests that students’participation should be achieved by understanding and exchanges.、experience andsentiment、criticism and reflection. Next,inspect the facilitating factors for students’participation, and find Student’s Trauson awareness of curriculum、 creation ofcontext、Sound consultation mechanism、Diverse School-based research are conduciveto the smooth progress. Finally, this study proposes a specific implementationstrategies as share curriculum rights、innovative communication mechanisms、designrational form of classroom teaching.
