At present,the kindergarten curriculum implementation has become a hot issue at preschool education industry and parents to participate in to a great extent,promote the progress and effect of the kindergarten curriculum implementation,is home to a new form of cooperation,to fully carry out the policy of preschool education in our country,at the same time,realize the self development of parents and children's healthy growth.In 2016,the working regulations for kindergartens clearly pointed out that "family and community conditions should be fully utilized to enrich and expand education resources of kindergartens".Only when families and kindergartens cooperate closely and parents are deeply involved in the implementation of kindergarten curriculum can they jointly create a good learning and growth environment for children.This paper takes X kindergarten of jining city as the research object,and applies literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,observation method and action research method to conduct a case study on parents' participation in the implementation of kindergarten curriculum.Firstly,this paper discusses the theory of parents' participation in the implementation of kindergarten curriculum,clarifies the core concepts of parents' participation,kindergarten curriculum implementation and parents' participation in the implementation of kindergarten curriculum,and clarifies the basic concepts and significance of parents' participation in the implementation of kindergarten curriculum.Secondly,it explains the preparatory stage of parents' participation in the implementation of kindergarten curriculum.Through investigation,it explains the existing problems of parents' participation in the implementation of kindergarten curriculum.Based on this,it determines the preliminary plan of parents' participation in the implementation of kindergarten curriculum.Thirdly,the practical research on parents' participation in the implementation of kindergarten curriculum is divided into three rounds.Finally,parents' participation in the implementation of kindergarten curriculum is evaluated in the later stage.The conclusions can be drawn from the research of this paper mainly include the following contents :(1)parents' participation in the implementation of kindergarten curriculum should implement the concept of subjectivity,emotion,integration and orderliness,and further promote the cooperation between families,the implementation of kindergarten curriculum,the self-development of parents and the healthy growth of children.(2)the existing problems of parents' participation in the implementation of kindergarten curriculum at present include one-sidedness of curriculum understanding,weakness of participation consciousness,passivity of participation status and superficiality of participation level.(3)determine the action plan for parents to participate in the implementation of the kindergarten curriculum,that is,through the formulation of specific plans,implementation plans,evaluation and summary,so as to solve theproblems found in practice.(4)put forward the plan for parents to participate in the implementation of kindergarten curriculum: in the first round,parents should grow up through learning,improve their understanding of kindergarten curriculum,and realize the independent learning of parents,parent-teacher cooperative learning and community interactive learning;In the second round,progress is made in practice to improve the execution ability of parents' participation in the implementation of kindergarten curriculum,so as to improve the subjectivity and enthusiasm of parents' participation and change the passivity of parents' participation.The third round is to improve the driving force for parents to participate in the implementation of kindergarten curriculum through innovation,focusing on improving their ability to construct curriculum objectives,develop curriculum resources and organize curriculum activities.(5)to clarify the impact of parents' participation in the implementation of kindergarten curriculum,the implementation of activities to further promote the implementation of kindergarten curriculum,improve the participation of parents of children's enthusiasm,initiative and awareness of the curriculum,has also played an important role in promoting the healthy growth of children.(6)parents' correct cognition of kindergarten curriculum is the premise for the implementation of the activity,and different forms of home cooperation are effective ways to carry out the activity.The implementation of the activity should adhere to the principle of taking parents as the subject of action,so as to realize the cooperation between homes,which is more conducive to the implementation of the course activity.In order to further promote parents' participation in the implementation of kindergarten curriculum,parents should start from themselves,kindergartens should start from themselves,the society and the government should strengthen legislation,establish and improve the relevant mechanism of parents' participation.
