Standing long jump is an important track and field athletics, its history can be traced back to the event of Ancient Greek Olympic Games. Although it is no longer a competition in the modern Olympic Games, but it still has a very wide range of applications. It is an important parameter of the lower Limbs’explosive force and physical fitness, is a traditional test item to assess the potential and ability of athletes, is using in many professional selections. Also standing long jump as a simple movement pattern is used to investigate the effects of various factors and mechanisms in projects relate jump, is the basis of researches for all kinds of sports. In this study, three-dimensional force platform and three-dimensional image capture system was used to measure the ground reaction force and kinematic data in the take-off phase of standing long jump on the ground with different angle precisely. Then we calculated lower limb joints’dynamics data by the inverse dynamics while the angle of the ground were0°,5°,10°,15°or20°, and described the take-off phase of standing long jump from the biomechanical point applying the actual data, analyzed the variation of take-off state, kinematics process and dynamics control. The main conclusions as follows:the best ground angle for standing long jump is between5degress and10degress. Increasing ground angle is helpful to optimize the take-off angle of standing long jump. The increase of ground angle mainly affect the stretch of hip and ankle in lower extremity joints. Self-regulation of human body exist in push off phase of standing long jump.
