Research On The Management Of Campus Construction For The City-university Founded Independent College

At the beginning of 21st Century, with the development of higher education in China, the number of colleges and universities in China are doubling increasing, and the main growth is new mode of higher education in china---Independent College. Although these colleges are established for a short time, many of them has made tremendous progress relying on the power of his alma mater and the community. But with the progress of the times and the continuous development of the college, the students and teachers’requirements on college architectural design continue to upgrade. Due to the construction of colleges and universities were quickly designed and built, it causes serious negative consequences. And also, the emphasis on quantity over quality at the college’s early period, extensive mode of management, resulting in the construction and use of the management gradually appear some problems, such as the improvement of infrastructure, the construction of cultural development, construction of scientific and normative, building applications coordination, building resources reasonable use and environmental protection, etc. Compared to the general college, the city-university founded independent college because of its nature, are more willing to start from social benefits to solve these problems.In current time, the life cycle cost、green building and other unilateral research are more comprehensive, and the research on the building’s life-cycle management of integrated comprehensive perspective building life cycle management is less. This paper focus on the buildings in these city-university founded independent collges, through the study of various problems in the life of the building, around the establishment of long-term mechanism to solve these problems of the research, analysis the origin, development and present problems, provide detailed status, research value of the cooperation between University and city independent school buildings and its life cycle characteristics, and according to the realistic contradiction of current situation and expectation, problems and measures, try to improve the cooperation between University and city construction in Independent Colleges in the life cycle of problem solving and put forward some suggestions, also hope to co-ordinate the management of other universities, public class construction of the building life cycle caused by some touches.On the basis of this paper, the study of the domestic and foreign presentation on the realization of the research tools and to determine the scope and the actual situation to make clear that the target of this survey-the basic characteristics of the building lifecycle of the government-university founded independent college. The key lies in the study of practical issues arising from research and analysis, through a variety of comparison and learning, management model finishing method, the management colleges in the building lifecycle is analyzed, the modernization of the national level, "five in one "layout and concrete practice, in terms of material, cultural, political, social construction, ecological construction and other analyzes current situation and problems. Finally, comes out the "Five in One" management model for the government-university founded Independent College building lifecycle management improvements, and future prospects.
