Research On Innovation Model Of Synthetical Community Sports Club Constructed By Government School And Community

In January 2015, during the national conference of mass’ sports, the director of State General Administration of Sports Liu Peng said: to make the national fitness upgrade to our national strategy as a big opportunity for the country, to promote the mass sports work to new heights. Community sports clubs as the main part of the grassroots sports in our country have the responsibility of developing mass sports.This research mainly adopts questionnaire, on-the-spot investigation method and case analysis method. Taking the comprehensive community sports clubs’ social relations as the breakthroughe mode of government subsidies and project delegations, schools providing space and resources of P.E teachers, the community helping managing those comprehensive community sports clubs.It aims to seek a good partner for the community sports club, improve the ability of independent management and realize sustainable development of the club to provide scientific guidance and theoretical foundation for government decision-making.Firstly, it gives analysis on the existing problems of integrated community sports club and the influencing factors for its development under the condition of knowing the general operation model of communist sport club. Then, by questionnaire, it gives field trips and investigates the manager, teachers and students of the elderly university of Hongshan district in Wuhan. By sorting and analyzing the collected materials and data, it studies on the operating result of non-profit organization-- elderly university of Hongshan district in Wuhan and is enlightened by its operating models. Lastly, taking the social relationship of integrated community sports club as the entry point, it explores the positive relationship with government, school and community, and combines the successful experience of the elderly university of Hongshan district. It comes up with the innovative model of which the support is given by government, resource is provided by school and co-management of community.It comes up with the following conclusion(1) the integrated community sports club it the direction for the future development of community sports organization;( 2) subsidies and project commissions are the important method of government to support the club development;(3) the teaching source and fundamental facilities guarantee the source for club development;(4) the construction of integrate mechanism is the requirement for the co-management and operation between club and community;(5) the support given by government, resource provided by school and co-management of community are the innovative model for the co-construction of club.It comes up with the following suggestions:(1) change the concept for the cooperation with government and establish a win-win cooperative model;(2) coordinate the relationship with school and improve the degree of adaptability of school;(3) enhance the integration of community and improve the resource use efficiency;(4) change the way of operation and improve the competitiveness of marketization.
