Teachers’ professional qualit y has certai n i nfl uence to the education reform. In-ser vi ce mi ddle-and-primary-school teachers’ professional developmental path is the basic way to impr ove teachers’ professional qualities. So in-service mi ddle-and- pri mary- school teachers ’ professional developmental path determines the basi c education reform, to a cert ai n ext ent. I n or der to uni fi ed and standardized the curriculum of teacher training, the Ministry of Education officially promulgated "The Standard Teacher Tr ai ni ng Cur ri cul um(Tr ial)" in October 2011. This paper uses t his standard as a bl uepri nt t o define the relat ed concept s. It ful ly explains and parses the connot ation of professional development of teachers and it s char act eri stics fro m three di me nsi ons of "basi c theori es", "curr icul um st andard", "curriculum setting". The author makes contr ast studies about "t eacher tr aini ng curriculum standards" of foreign countries with the existing standards of China to fully understand the status of teacher training curriculums of other countries and tries to find a good way to improve the development of national teacher training.Based on the analysis of Chinese and foreign teacher traini ng curriculum, thi s paper deepl y analyzes the curr ent development path and the implementation status quo of in-service teacher trai ni ng. I t also anal yzes t he current devel opment path and the i mplementation status quo of Japanese, American and British middle-and-primary-school in-service teacher training. By makin g comparative st udy, this paper tries to fi nd the existing pr oblems of the Chinese mi ddle-and-primary-school in-ser vi ce teacher training and offers possibl e reform programs. Ba sed on the optimi za tion scheme of "teacher traini ng cur ricul um st andard", t he aut hor makes r efer ences t o t he wi den pol icy of for ei gn "teacher t r aining cur riculu m st andar d". On the basis of recognizing limitations of t he national pr ofessi onal devel opment path of teachers, the author is committed to improve the national path by absorbing the advanced foreign professional development pat h of teacher s."The St andar d Teacher Traini ng Curri culum" has expl icit specificat ion on the national i n-ser vi ce teacher tr ai ni ng and puts forward the basic tenet of fortifying the teacher trai ni ng. In additi on, the research on forei gn mi ddle-and-primary-school in-ser vice teacher traini ng curriculum st andard and the diversification of the teachers’ professional development path provides a more mature thought for our country. Therefore, this study intends to use previ ous foreign mat ure i deas and outstanding experiences on t he basis of " The St andar d Teacher Trai ning Curri culu m( Tri al)" to const antly optimi ze and improve the strategy of the nati onal exi sti ng pr ofessional development path of mi ddle-and-primary-school teachers. The goals of t his paper are t o pr omot e t he professional level and improve the quality of mi ddle-and-primary-school teachers.
