Objective:The purpose of this paper were discussing the current situation and the factors of Quality of life for College Students. The Job-hunting stress of college students plays an important role in QOL for college students, so the paper aims at searching the relationship between the job-hunting and QOL. The research introduce firstly the influence of job-hunting and puts forward specific suggestions and measures for the goverment,the institutions, the managements of college.Method:This paper adop the method of random cluster sampling. Using the internationally recognized universal suitable QOL table MOS SF-36 evaluation of students’ QOL and the employment pressure questionnaire, which has high reliability and validity, can measure the source and the sense of College Students employment pressure.In the study, the author firstly extract 1800 cases of college students in Tai Yuan,and distribute questionnaire survey in retire time. Then the data were investigated by using the method of descriptive analysis and multivariate statistical analysis. The last, the author to reveal the status of college students’ QOL and their Job-hunting stress by using the data.Result:1. The average score of college students’ QOL was(73.52±13.71). The scores of eignt dimensions of QOL from high to low order was: Physical Function(91.38±15.10),Bodily Pain(81.08±15.82), Social Functioning(78.41±17.16), Role-Physical(77.89±32.30),General Health(69.47±17.36), Activity(66.02±15.29), Mental Health(63.86±15.82),V Role-Emotionl(60.02±39.83).2. The scores of QOL in male students were lower than female in PF, RP, SF, MH, VT(P<0.05); Scores of only child’ QOL were higher than non-only child in RE(P<0.05);Scores of college students’ QOL had no significant difference between rural household registration and urban household registration; There exsit differences in PF, BP, GH, SF,MH from the perspective of “household annual per capita income”(P<0.05); while the family income increased, the scores higher; Beside the RE, there were significant differences in college students’ QOL for different schools(P<0.05); In Shanxi Medical University, the scores of QOL for senior students were lower than junior students in RE,SF(P<0.05); There exsit significant difference in major.3.The average score for college students’ Job-hunting stress were(2.67), the result were lower than the theoretical median. Sorted by the degree of pressure were: the pressure of Competitive Environment(2.79), the pressure of lack of Job-hunting Assistance(2.76),the pressure of Unbalance of Supply and Demand(2.72), the pressure of Vocational Core Quality Evaluation,(2.66), the pressure of Self Positioning(2.63), the pressure of Employment Expectations(2.50).4.Female college students’ Job-hunting stress were significantly higher than male students(P<0.05);Job-hunting stress of only child was lower than the non-only child(P<0.05); Students from rural areas had greater Job-hunting stress than students from urban(P<0.05); the students that from high income family,Job-hunting stress was lower than the lower family(P<0.05);The students from 211 Engineering Colleges had lower Job-hunting stress than students from other schools,the diffrences were significantly( P<0.05); the senior students’ Job-hunting stress score was significantly higher than junior students( P<0.05);The students from different professional had significant differences for Job-hunting stress.5.In this paper, the study found that : there had a significant negative correlation between College Students’ Job-hunting stress and QOL, the correlation coefficient r :-0.305(P<0.05). Every one point increased in stress of Professional Quality and SelfPositioning,Metal Component Summary score was reduced 4.419 points, 3.371points;Every one point increased in stress of Unbalance of supply and demand, Metal Component Summary score was increased 2.315 points; Every one point increased in stress of Employment Expectations, Self Positioning and Professional Quality,Physical Component Summary was decreased 4.537 points, 2.547 points, 2.904 points;Every one point increased in stress of Unbalance of supply and demand,Competitive Environment,Physical Component Summary was increased 2.222 points, 2.316 points.Conclusions:1.The scores of College Students’ QOL were lower than the norm;The college students’ QOL were affected by the factors: Competitive Environment, Unbalance of supply and demand, Professional Quality, Self Positioning, Employment Expectations;The stress of Lack job-hunting Assistance cannot predict college students’ QOL.2.The average score of college students’ Job-hunting stress was in the medium level in Taiyuan;The main sources of Job-hunting stress were from Competitive Environment and Lack of job-hunting Assistance.3.It is suggested that to improve college students’ QOL, the goverment and other insitutions should be pay attention to relieve the job-hunting stress.
