Core stability training is more and more widely used in various athletic sports, some of coaches have gradually started to accept and realize the core stability of great value in training. For now, about the core stability training theory applied in various projects in experimental studies of rich enough, especially Ballroom Dancing the high screened athletics project. This paper mainly discusses the core stability training on the influence of Ballroom Dancing students balance quality, namely through experiment object implementing core stability training intervention, which is expected to explore Ballroom Dancing students balance quality training new method of ana1 ysis core stabi1 ity training on Ballroom Dancing students balance quality improvement, and the role played by the study for future application in basketball training core stability other aspects of research to provide the reference.Based on 30 female Ballroom Dancing students in the Art of Fei Yang ’School as the research object, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group in 6 people. Core strength training, controls on traditional strength training. Experiment with a 12 week time, three times a week, every time 30 minutes. Before and after the experiment using the Biodex balance testing system respectively on two groups of participants(1)The state order open/close my eyes, feet stand dynamic and static stability test; Test indicators include: overall stability index(OSI), before and after the direction stability index(API), the left and right direction stability index(MLI).(2) The state of open orders, feet dynamic stability limit test; Test indicators include: Overall、Forward 、Backward、Right、Left、F/R、F/L、B/R、B/L.Results:(1) The effect on the stability of the core stability training on the human body standing. 12 weeks of core stability training ability of static and dynamic balance of open and close my eyes to the human body has significant improvement.12 weeks of core stability training on the improvement of the human body left and right balance effect is most obvious. Open under the condition of human body balance ability is much better than close your eyes, better than dynamic static balance ability. Human feet stand to maintain body balance ability is best, right foot, left foot is the worst.(2) The core stability strength training effect on human body standing stability limit.(3)The core stability training effect on human body standing stability limit.Conclusion:(1) The core stability training can improve human body in different state of stable equilibrium ability, compared with general strength training, the core stability training in improving the body balance ability effect is more obvious; Core stability training helps improve the stand stability of the human body.(2) Strength training can effectively improve dynamic standing stability limit of the human body. One direction before and after the improvement effect is obviously better than that of left and right.(3) General basic strength training, strength training is the core stability training is still belongs to the category of basic strength training. General strength training in physiology, and many other factors, characteristics, research results and experience for core stability training. the core strength training in the requirement, function, mechanism, practice aspects different from general strength training and has its inherent characteristics.(4)By adding destabilizing factors in the core stablitity,to effectively exercise of deep small muscles, improve the balance control ability of the students.
