Lower limb power in basketball is very important, good lower limb power can improve the athletic performance in basketball, it is a magic weapon for defeating the opponents. There are great differences between The youth team and the senior team, the most significant difference is that the athletes is young, with little experience, but in everyday life of lower limb power training, they have been in accordance with the traditional way of training, and no distinction between adult team training program. The physical training of Hebei youth men’s basketball team with science has not been developed before, the fitness coach and physical training, they train with poor body function and body structure.In this paper, the experimental method, comparative analysis and mathematical statistics as the main research methods, the research object is the Hebei youth men’s basketball team training program, explosive force, experimental subjects to prepare for the 2017 Thirteenth National Games in Hebei youth men’s basketball team of 14 athletes. In the expert training and the State General Administration of sports training and physical fitness training center of the United States EXOS experts to discuss according to the specific conditions of the Hebei men’s basketball team to design a 8 week explosive force training plan, training plan is mainly divided into three parts: preparation, practice, finishing part. The preparation part include the pillar preparation and action preparation, including the preparation pillar soft tissue release, flexibility exercises and corrective action to practice; including muscle activation, dynamic stretching, motion integration and neural activation; exercises including strength training, skill, strength training, auxiliary training and energy system training; finishing parts can be called the regeneration section, this part mainly includes static stretching, foam shaft neurolysis, massage rod loosening, baseball loosening, peanut ball release and DMS release or cold bath and recovery method. A test in the training program before the execution, 8 weeks after the end of the training test again, test the contents of the 5 analysis, respectively, the standing long jump test run single foot high touch test, standing vertical jump test, 3/4 field sprint test and Keiser squat test, then do comparative analysis before and after and prepare for the Twelfth National Games during the period of explosive growth comparison.Conclusion:1.Steps training principle, quality prior to quantity principle and risk reward ratio principle, combined with the actual situation of the team made 8 weeks of explosive lower limb power program.2.The lower limb power program has combined with pillar strength training, movement preparation, strength training, plyometrics training, axillary training, regeneration training and ESD training in the 7 parts effectively.3.The use of the lower limb power training program training intervention for 8 weeks of Hebei Province young men’s basketball team of 14 athletes, standing long jump run-up test, single foot high touch test, standing vertical jump test, Keiser squat test and 3/4 field sprint test were increased than before.4.3/4 field sprint test results before and after contrast no significant difference, the standing long jump test, run test, touch one foot high standing vertical jump test, Keiser squat test results before and after contrast the extremely significant difference.Suggestion:1.Because of my ability and limited conditions, the single group before and after comparison, people can use the experimental group, the control group for comparative analysis to improve the reliability and validity.2. Increase of athletes and coaches in physical training lectures, let athletes and coaches understand the structure and function of the body more.3.Pay much attention to the movement quality, neural control, small muscle strength and joint activity, and combined with the characteristics of young people step by step, not blindly pursuing big power, to pay special attention to regeneration training before and after training.
