The plyometric training of rapid expansion and contraction is a special training method to improve the explosive power of the body.It is an important content of strength training for athletes.The technical and tactical characteristics of badminton require the badminton player to have good explosive power of the lower limbs to perform many movements.Due to the special growth and development stage of teenagers,they can not be fully adapted to the traditional training methods of load bearing resistance,therefore,it is necessary to explore a more suitable method for the training of juvenile badminton player.In this paper,16 Youth Badminton Player of Changchun Association Badminton School were selected as the experimental subjects,and the results of previous studies were classified and summarized by means of Literature Review and interviews,this paper analyzes the changes of the athletes taking part in the experiment,and demonstrates the feasibility of the combined training of rapid expansion and contraction in the training of the explosive force of the lower limbs of the juvenile badminton player.Result:1.After 12 weeks of fast extension and contraction training,the athletes in the experimental group were compared in terms of their improved performance indicators,the results showed that the results of standing long jump,15-meter turn-back run,5 low-center-of-gravity steps,60-meter run and double-swing rope jump were all improved,and the(P<0.05)of the five results showed that the data from the experiment was significant,rapid extension and contraction training can improve the explosive power of the lower limbs of badminton player adolescents2.After 12 weeks of training,the data of the control group athletes were analyzed The results showed that the control group athletes twice 15-meter retrace run performance(P<0.05),which showed that the data of this event was very significant,the results of other indexes were not significant(P>0.05).Therefore,the control group training method significantly improved the 15-meter return run results,on the other items of the improvement is not significant3.The analysis of the data of the experimental group and the Control Group shows that the experimental group's achievements are better than those of the control group.By T test,the differences of the results of standing long jump,60-meter run,5 low-center-of-gravity steps and rope-skipping double-rocking between the two groups are significant(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the results of two 15m reentry runs(P>0.05).According to the results of the experiment,the combination of rapid expansion and contraction training could improve the explosive power of the badminton player.Conclusion:1.Through the analysis of the athletes'performance indexes before and after the experiment,it can be seen that both the rapid expansion and contraction training and the traditional strength training have improved the performance of the test indexes of the juvenile badminton player,but the speed and degree that the extension compound training improves to the result is better than the traditional training way some2.The combination of rapid expansion and contraction training can be applied to daily training as a training method to improve the explosive power of the badminton player.
