Purpose: This paper aims to explore the effect of Sports Colleges students’ jumping learning, on which the run-up and take-off integrated teaching methods have. On the basis of the technical principle, we can limit and intervene with the core technology link and control of the whole approach to jump reasonable to provide the theoretical basis for the long jump teaching in the short form of the professional sports class in the current colleges.Method: This paper takes 78 students from 2012 grade two classes of physical education department in Xi’an Physical Education College as the research object. It was divided into experimental group and control group by random grouping. The experimental group uses the integrated teaching mode and the specific training method for teaching and training, while the control group uses the traditional teaching mode for learning and training. The two groups all carry out the assessment of technical assessment standards after twelve hours’ training. We use the two-dimensional video shooting method, mathematical statistics and so on to shoot the run-up and take-off process and analyze motion parameter data about the run-up speed, jumping speed and Landing angle, Push off angle and Fan corner in take-off. The SPSS17.0 software is used for statistical analysis, the experimental data of experimental group and control group are used independent samples T test, and there are significant differences(P < 0.05).Results:After a course(20 hours) of the research object, we can draw the following results:1. In the final assessment of the experimental group and the control group, the average score of the experimental group is 85.42 and the average grade of the standard is 5.63 M, while the average score of the control group is 80.16 and the average grade of the standard is 5.29 M. There are significant differences in the independent T test(P < 0.05). 2. After analyzing the research object, we can find that the six step speed, the last step speed, jumping initial velocity speed of the experimental group are higher than that of the control group. There are significant differences in the independent T test(P < 0.05). 3. After kinematics analysis of the research object, the jumping time, joint angle and the parameters of the important technical parameters are better than the control group. There are significant differences between the independent sample T test(P < 0.05). 4. Through the software analysis to the original data, we can find that the experimental group’s average jump angle is 15.7。,while the control group’s average jump angle is11.1。. There are significant difference between the independent sample T test(P < 0.05). The swing leg radius of the experimental group is less than that of the control group and there are significant differences.Conclusions: 1.The teaching method used in experiment group is better than the control group in the assessment of the results of the standard and the core technology movement parameters, which solve the difficulties of the students in the learning of the straight jump. 2. High strength, multi group of the full exercise can improve running, jump technology a lot. In the post test data reflect both the six step speed and jumping speed, are higher than the control group, which is the key to influence the results of the straight jump. 3. After the analysis of the kinematics parameters of the takeoff stage in the experimental group and the control group, we can find that the experimental group has the characteristics of formation of quick and fast action, improves the landing angle, and makes the buffer more reasonable in the case of multi group number and full control.4. In the analysis of the swinging leg and jumping angle, the experimental group was better than the control group. The improvement of this link is directly related to the two factors concluding jumping initial velocity and jump angle which regard as the core of straight jump. Both of them are greatly improved, directly promote the sports performance, which is the meaning of the use of this model in the teaching.
