At present, the people’s material life has been greatly increased, but the social development and scientific progress are affecting the daily lives of elementary students and their physical activities, bad habits lead to the decreasing physical fitness of them, obesity, overweight, quality indicators decline and a series of problems have appeared, improving physical fitness and athletic ability of elementary students has become a focused issue of the whole nation. Growth and development of childhood are essential, body shape with bone growth is constantly changing, with the athletic ability will enhance with the physical improving, so we should strengthen the training of students in order to promote the healthy growth of elementary students. The joint is the most basic anatomy structure when the human body is motion, walking, running, jumping, investment and other forms of exercise are associated with movement of the joints, but the body’s movement is not completed by single joint activities, a variety of actions were completed by several adjacent link of the joints as a hub to drive the skeletal muscle, through the nervous system which control muscle force to transfer the joint force along to the end of the session. Joint movements need stability and flexibility, the quality of the action is influenced by the stability and flexibility of joints. However, flexibility and stability are contradictory and alternative unity: when joint flexibility is better, stability is affected, and vice versa, for example, in sports, when the ankle needs to increase the flexibility, knee needs to increase stability, which are the perfect unity through the special structure of the joint. When flexibility and stability of one joint has a problem, the power transfer will be disturbed, accurate movement cannot be completed. Therefore, in the process of improving physical fitness and athletic ability of students, students need to focus on the flexibility and stability of the joints.Action training is based on flexibility and stability, systematic carried out under the guidance of the theory of the various sports disciplines. Action training mainly focuses on multi-joint movements, multi-dimensional and holistic training, rather than single joint action decomposition and single block of muscle training. It aims to improve the correctness andquality of the movement, rather than emphasizing intensity and amount of exercise. At present, the training is introduced into our country for a not long time, the research on the operation of the training is in its infancy, many research scholars and researchers of the focus on competitive sports training and sports rehabilitation, physical development of elementary is lacking of concern. Therefore, we take documents, experiment, mathematical statistics and other methods to study the influence of training to the stability and flexibility among fourth grade students. We randomly selected two classes form Qingyuanjie Primary School and Chang’an donglu Primary School in Shijiazhuang as experimental and comparative study objects to carry out a research for four months, in which 52 students from Qingyuanjie Primary School is the comparative object and 51 students as experimental object, 41 students from Chang’an donglu Primary Schoole as the comparative object and 43 students as the experimental object. During the experiment, the two experimental objects took the active training, the comparative objects took formal training of physical education classes conducted in accordance with the experimental school curricula and teaching plans, mainly in physical exercises and sports games. Test indicators selected FMS(Functional Movement Screening) and tested the joints, in which seven FMS actions include deep squat, hurdle step, before and after the sub-leg squatting, shoulder flexibility action, straight knee leg raising, trunk stable push-up and rotational stable movement, joints test includs the shoulder, hip, knee and ankle joints. Statistics before and after the experiment were analyzed by SPSS18.0. Through the training experiment, improve grade primary school students of shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle flexibility and stability. Meanwhile, concerns related to the primary and joint flexibility and stability problems, and introduction of training in the teaching of theory and training methods, allowing teachers and students to better understand the training, making training more widely applied to different fields. The result: Before the experiment, the two classes from Qingyuanjie Primary School took FMS(Functional movement screening) and joints testing and there was no significant difference(P> 0.05). According to the law of the growth and development of students, sports training principles and operation of the training features, choose a scientific and rational training program for the development of fourth-grade students. Based on the experimental data before and after the test, in FMS, except flexibility of the shoulders and knee straight leg raising(P> 0.05), other 5 entries are significantly different(P <0.05) among the experimental classes in the two schools, while the comparative classes have no significant differences(P> 0.05) in seven tests. In the test of joints, the hip flexion, extension, adduction, shoulder flexion, internal rotation, external rotation and horizontal flexion, knee flexion, internal rotation and external rotation, ankle dorsiflexion, plantar flexion of the joints of the average before and after the experiment are significantly different(P <0.05) in Qingyuanjie Primary School; hip flexion, extension, abduction, adduction, shoulder flexion abduction, external rotation, horizontal flexion, knee flexion, internal rotation and right external rotation, ankle dorsiflexion, plantar flexion of the joint in average have great difference(P <0.05)in experimental class in Chang’an donglu Primary School, while the comparable class has no significant difference. Experimental data were analyzed before and after the test, according to the index, the action training has significant impact on the improvement of flexibility and stability of the joints among fourth grade students.Analysis conclusion:1 Action training can improve the FMS(Functional movement screening) rating and plays a significant role to improve joint flexibility and stability.2 Action training can improve the flexibility of hip, shoulder, knee and ankle joints and has a positive effect on increasing flexibility of joints.
