With the rapid development of our society, the appeal for humanistic spirit become particularly prominent under this context. Moral construction also suggest people to possess and propagate the moral emotion in their heart. In the process of moral education of young people, ‘he who does not know honor is not an adult’, which is handed down for thousands of years of well-known Abas, as a warning to remind people that only by building a united spiritual society in the youth groups, can we establish a real social morality which is full of humanity.According to advice on the curriculum reform and implementation of fundamental moral education issued by the Ministry of education in March 2014, in order to implement the core value and requirements of the communist party of China’s third plenary session of 18 th ceremony well, make the most use of curriculum in personnel training, and further enhance the education level to better to accelerate the all-round development of student for various kinds of schools at different levels. Ideological and moral teaching in junior high school become the main battlefield for this glory mission, the combination of discipline and moral emotion education will help students to cultivate good moral quality and develop a healthy personality, and establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values.The author explored the relationship between Ideological and moral teaching and moral emotion cultivation from the perspective of the essence of the above education, and analyzed the significance and theoretical basis of moral education in junior middle school. At the same time, trying to uncover the specific obstacles in moral and ideological education in the junior high school, by following the law of emotion development and the previous selection of teaching methods and teaching material contents as well as the practical examples. Then provide some references to optimize the moral and ideological education especially on the following problems: Cognitive emotion and action of moral emotion goals are failure to achieve the organic integration;Teaching content is simple, it is difficult to stimulate students’ emotional experience of morality;Single teaching mode, ignoring the students’ moral emotion perception;Teachers’ moral emotion injected polarized, fails to emotional resonance.Cause analysis to make recommendations based on objective and subjective point of view, the better guide to provide reference for the moral teaching students moral sentiments.
