Teachers’ moral anxiety and ethical disorder concern ourselves on teachers’ professional ethical dilemmas.In this study, ethical dilemmas refers to the apparent conflict between ethical obligation or ethical norms,and you can’t fulfill two ethical duty.To understand the ethical dilemmas and the predicament of the conflict in kindergarten teachers’professional practice,the researcher use two kinds of research methods:open questionnaire for 91 kindergarten teachers and semi-structured interviews for 20 ones. Finally, researcher collected 165 ethical dilemma stories by means of two-level coding,and present them through the three important ethical relationships in teachers’professional practice areas:teacher-children relationships, parents-teachers relationships and peer relationships.There are thirty-eight ethical dilemma stories in the area of educating and conservating children. The conflict of security duty and development obligations make teacher alternative choice between carefully placed security and the challenged development. The contradiction of immature curriculum transition and development duty confused teachers in bopomofo mathematics arithmetic.Children’s sex education constitutes a great challenge to teacher’s sexual mores.Curriculum reform in arts teaching make hard choice between "teaching skills" and "the freedom of expression and creation".Maintain the rights of children’s games are limited by the kindergarten institutional schedule.There are seventy-five ethical dilemmas stories in the field of Cooperation between teachers and parents.Picky eating problems and custom problem based on the concept conflict of breeding, aroused by the obligation of teachers to respect parents education decision-making and practice their own educators responsibility conflicts.Teachers to respect parents’ right to know, when told that their young children in the garden, with parents by standing in different viewpoints diverge on young children’s evaluation.There are fifty-two ethical dilemmas in peer support ethical practice.The most obvious rendering is the invalid cooperative behavior between teachers and colleagues.Female offensive mentality and social comparison break through the "hearsay" ethical bottom line between colleagues.Companion’s loyalty is notable catalyst between teachers’ethical dilemma.Colleague’s rights and the welfare of children make up the dilemma in teachers’professional practice.Finally, research try to transcend the analysis framework of the single trouble story.Researcher analyze the causes of ethical dilemmas from the diversification of education field in the standard system, the multiplicity of teachers’ role and the limitation of individual practice.Finally,research points out that the solution path independently in ethics, build ethics culture and promote individual teacher’s ethics.
