Kindergarten teachers' ethical decision-making refers to the process that kindergarten teachers make ethical analysis and judgment on a variety of programs when they are faced with ethical dilemmas,and then make decisions after weighing the advantages and disadvantages.Teachers' ethical decision-making directly affects the realization of education morality.What ethical dilemmas do kindergarten teachers face in their daily work? How do they make decisions when they encounter these difficulties? What factors are influencing their decision-making? The exploration of these problems is beneficial to improve the guidance and practice of kindergarten teachers' ethical decision-making,and enrich the paths and Strategies of kindergarten teachers' ethical construction.Based on the consideration of teaching age and gender factors,this study selects8 public kindergarten teachers as the research object,including 4 female teachers and4 male teachers.Through in-depth interviews,data are collected,and qualitative analysis is conducted from the perspective of responsibility ethics to explore the ethical decision-making behavior of kindergarten teachers when they encounter ethical dilemmas in professional practice.The research of this study found:(1)Kindergarten teachers mainly face the dilemma and conflict of different ethical responsibility balance(2)The ethical decision-making of kindergarten teachers is based on the interests of young children,and considers the interests of stakeholders(3)The factors that affect the ethical decision-making of kindergarten teachers,including individual values and educational views from the individual teacher level;rules and regulations.Public opinion plays an external restrictive role;the pressure brought by the decision-making event itself is also a key factor affecting the judgment and choice of teachers 'ethical decisions(4)The ethical decision-making of kindergarten teachers shows that the basis for ethical decision-making of kindergarten teachers is based on interest comparison;kindergarten teachers It tends to make ethical decisions from the perspective of rules and results;ethical decisions of male and female teachers do not show obvious characteristics of differences.In view of the problems found in this study,preliminary suggestions for optimizing the ethical decision-making of kindergarten teachers are made from the following five aspects:(1)teachers themselves should clarify role responsibilities(2)strengthen the foundation of teachers 'professional ethics knowledge and enhance ethical judgment(3)cultivate diversity The perspective of ethical decision-making,improve the level of ethical decision-making(4)formulate professional ethical standards for kindergarten teachers,provide a basis for teacher decision-making(5)establish a kindergarten teacher ethical decision-making supervision and evaluation mechanism.
