Marathon in China has become a fashion, the future of the marathon in China will continue to maintain rapid development, running a marathon will be more and more. However, the marathon takes a long time and even years of training, the primary runners often do not have the system of training programs and training, lack of running knowledge and lack of scientific training system, resulting in the recent years, a variety of injuries and even sudden death. This requires that we must improve the understanding of the marathon project, can combine the characteristics of the project and the actual situation of the individual to develop a reasonable training plan.Therefore, the research to the Olympic Forest Park 186 marathon enthusiasts as the main research object, the marathon enthusiasts 2015 Beijing International Marathon Training and competition research, through access to a large number of documents and visited the relevant experts in the field after the return Na draws the following conclusions:(1) The Olympic Forest Park marathon enthusiasts more men than women, youth, married and unmarried in roughly the same proportion, occupational diversification, in the private sector in the most, followed by state-owned enterprises, government or institutions and foreign, monthly income to 3000-8000 yuan accounted for than the highest; motivation of training and showing a significant characteristics of diversity, fitness, relieve stress, to prepare for the game, improve endurance is the main objective.(3) Marathon runners focus within 3 years (1-3 years), the number of weekly running focus on more than 3 times, each time running focus within 0.5-2 hours, each running distance within the range of 5-15 km, daily running mainly concentrated in the morning, work (18-20 points) two hours, near the park, Road and playground is the main running place.(3) Marathon enthusiasts of pre-season training pertinence is not high, before the training time concentrated between 1-6 months, most of lovers lack of scientific and effective pre competition training guidance; number of weekly training before the match concentrated in 3-4 times that month training load volume is low; continuous training method, the intermittent training method and repetitive training method is pre competition training methods and the proportion of pre competition training in regular physical strength training is low.(4) Physical examination and familiar with the proportion of the line, but before the match, the comparison of food, monitoring, multi use stretch, jogging, etc., in the course of the game, the participants’ self sensing overall situation is better, there are some physical symptoms, the majority of players in the game has been injured. After the game, some fans can feel muscle pain, through jogging, muscle stretching, relaxation massage cold bath, hot water bath and other recovery means to active recovery, close to 90% of the athletes in a week can return to normal state.
