This paper takes wu shiwei,an excellent male marathon runner in China,as the research object to prepare for the pre-race training of 2014 chongqing international marathon and national marathon championship.The pre-race training tasks,contents,methods and means,as well as training load arrangement and function monitoring control are of relatively important research value.In order to scientifically and reasonably analyze the characteristics of wu shiwei's training before the competition,this paper adopts literature method,test method,case analysis method and mathematical statistics method to track and study it in detail.Wu Shi wei into shandong province track and field athletic team training for more than A year only 5000 meters,10000 meters to reach the level of national athlete,on the basis of such A high level performance,successful transition shih-wei wu in 2010 for the entire marathon runner(also reached national masters),and for A long period of time,its full marathon maintain A long-term and stable state of high level,not only as the main competitors in the 2011 World Cup,world championships and marathon and in chongqing international marathon &national marathon championships 2014(domestic)class A tournament,The result was the best in the country for the men's full marathon in2014.Wu shiwei's super-high ability in marathon depends on his scientific and reasonable training plan,especially the preparation plan for the 2014 national championship.Despite the lack of altitude training,he still made remarkable achievements,and his training plan is of great research value and reference significance.Through the analysis of the overall arrangement of wu shiwei's 14 weeks of training before the competition and the physical function,the following conclusions were drawn:1.Wu Shiwei,as one of China's outstanding marathon athletes,although there is a certain gap between his achievements and the international level,his spirit of participating in marathon training is worth learning,especially in training methods and training ideas.He communicates with the coach team in time during training,dares to try the scientific research results of new sports training,and is full of innovation spirit.2.Wu Shiwei's pre-competition training coincided with the perennial wintertraining period.Low temperature brought some difficulties to the training,but the training load and intensity still reached the coach's training expectation.The total training volume was 2707 kilometers,the average weekly running volume was 193 kilometers,and the training intensity also reached the expected goal.3.The glycolipid coordinated energy supply training is one of the important reasons for the success of this pre-competition training,which sets another typical example for the glycolipid coordinated training theory in training practice.Marathon athletes' glycolipid coordinated energy supply training should be paid enough attention in marathon training.Only by controlling athletes' body energy supply methods in training can athletes reasonably distribute physical strength in long-distance marathon races and win the races.4.The selection of periodic test time and the perfect integration with the training plan are another successful practice of the concept of starting from actual competition in this pre-competition training.Reasonable arrangement of testing time can better help improve athletes' performance.In the specific training,careful analysis should be made and the testing time should be reasonably arranged.5.The pre-match weight reduction training adopts a two-week adjustment training,and the 13 th week training takes into account the two core contents of heavy load intensity and weight reduction in the arrangement of the training plan,so that the pre-match weight reduction will not be too early or too fast.During the 14 th week of training,the athletes' physiological and psychological excitability was actively mobilized through short-distance and medium-intensity stimulation while the load gradually decreased,so that the athletes' peak state appeared around March 23.This training arrangement is worthy of careful study and reference by coaches and athletes.6.The test results of anaerobic threshold speed and anaerobic threshold truly reflect the continuous improvement of Wu Shiwei's functional state in training,providing a real and effective reference for the design of training plan.Attention should be paid to the change of anaerobic threshold in long-distance training.7.The changes of physiological and biochemical indexes such as creatine kinase,hemoglobin,blood urea nitrogen,serum testosterone,maximum oxygen uptake,AT,morning pulse and other indexes in the training median value can reflect the adaptability of athletes to the training plan in time,and through these data can better provide guidance for coaches to design the next training plan.
