Research Of Regional Backbone Teacher Training Mechanism

As the pillar of the basic education teaching staff, core teachers play an important role in guidance, demonstration and promotion. The number and the quality of the regional core teachers influence the overall level of the teaching staff directly; the research of the mechanism in cultivating regional core teachers will serve to standardize its scientific fidelity and systematicness and thus promote professionalism of regional core teachers comprehensively.This thesis is divided into five parts. The first part is a brief introduction,which deals with the background, purpose, significance and methods of the research and the definition of core teachers and mechanism. The second part is literature review, which analyzes practice and results of the research in cultivating core teachers at home and abroad in order to get some useful revelation and reference. The third part elaborates related theories from two aspects---regional cultivation and core teachers’ personal development, which provide theoretical basis for the mechanic construction in cultivating core teachers. The fourth part puts forward the problem of regional cultivation at the base of the current situation of core teaching staff and regional cultivation in region B of Shanghai. The fifth part proposes to establish a working system of cultivating regional core teachers according to the above analysis: set up a serialization standard of core teachers’ professional development; perfect selecting mechanism; establish sustained training mechanism; optimize extended platform mechanism; specify assessment and incentive mechanism; build teachers’ personal career development plan, which present the pertinence,regularity and long-term efficacy of cultivating regional core teachers.The backbone teacher training mechanism research on the development of individual and regional education teachers are meaningful.But the establishment process is a systematic process, but also need to operate in practice constantly optimize and perfect.
