Core strength training is a training method transformed from the field of sports rehabilitation.In recent years with the strength training contents and methods of research,the core strength training in the application of the practical training of competitive sports has attracted more attention,its free and flexible training method content and good training effect is favored by more and more coaches,core strength training as a kind of brand-new concept,despite the attention of numerous sports workers and coaches,but the core strength training has not completely to popularize in the local sports teams.In actual teaching practice,found that teenage children in training problems such as poor core stability and core strength weak,so much so that in the study of basic tennis forehand and backhand technology will appear all sorts of problems,in view of the practical problems in the training,the purpose of this paper is to explore the core strength training methods about adolescent tennis athletes on its basic tennis technical movement,and try to through the study of the core strength training of adolescent tennis athletes gradually increase the strength and the waist abdominal muscle and hip tennis player core region to coordinate the body's ability to collaborative power.According to the physical characteristics and the technical characteristics of adolescent tennis design core strength training method,and the star of tomorrow in Beijing tennis college junior tennis player as the subjects of this study,for a period of eight weeks training experiment,based on the experimental results of the experimental group and the control group after testing standards and grasp of the basic technical movements is analyzed and concluded,and the core strength training method is applied to the practice of tennis training,provide a reference for tennis training junior tennis athletes and using for reference.This research USES the literature material method,interview method,experimental method,the methods of comparative analysis,selection of the star of tomorrow tennis school of Beijing youth athletes as the subjects of this study to carry out the experimental study,the athletes can be divided into the control group,experimental group for the traditional strength training methods in the control group athletes,the experimental group athletes use oneself design of core strength training program,for a period of eight weeks training experiment,finally by comparing the results of the experimental group and the control group testing standards and grasp of the basic technical movement situation analysis,draw the conclusion.The strength quality test selects 6 test indexes,the special strength quality test selects 5 test indexes,and the tennis basic technology test selects 5test indexes,which together constitute the test indexes of this experiment.The experimental results showed that :(1)in the comparison of basic indicators such as athletes' age,height,weight,training years,and racket holding mode,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in body shape and tennis basiclevel(P > 0.05),which had no impact on the experimental results.(2)there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the test results of 6 indicators,such as waist forward flexion and waist back extension(P < 0.05),and the results showed that the experimental group was superior to the control group.(3)there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the test results of 5 indexes,such as the open open shot and the closed shot(P < 0.05),and the results showed that the experimental group was better than the control group.(4)there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the test results of 5 indexes,such as baseline forehand stroke depth and baseline backhand stroke depth,in the basic tennis technique test(P < 0.05).The results showed that the experimental group was better than the control group.(5)in the tennis basic technique test,the motor skill evaluation of the tennis basic technique of the experimental group is better than that of the control group.Conclusion :(1)the core strength training has a positive impact on the basic skills of junior tennis players from three aspects: physical quality,the combination of quality and special skills,and special skills.(2)core strength training is helpful to enhance the core strength quality of junior tennis players and lay a foundation for the formation and development of basic skills of junior tennis players.(3)core strength training is conducive to the combination of core strength quality and tennis special basic movements,so that junior tennis players can better understand the way of power and movement of technical movements.(4)after the combination of strength quality,targeted specialty and strength,the technical movements of the young tennis players will be more fluent and skillful,and the technical preparation will be made for the improvement of the athletic performance of the young tennis players.Suggestions :(1)on the basis of traditional strength training,it is necessary to add core strength training to the daily training of junior tennis players.(2)in the golden stage of physical quality development of young athletes,appropriately increase the training of core strength in the training to promote the development of strength quality of young tennis players.(3)transfer core strength training to other sports,and make rational use of core strength training in other sports to lay a good foundation for improving sports performance.
