Since reform and opening up 30 years, as urban residents income rising, consumer demand diversity, fitness consciousness also gradually enhanced increasingly, rising residents for sports fitness consumption expenditure, so as to promote the formation and development of the sports fitness recreation industry. Along with the continuous development of fitness club, has become one of the important component of the national fitness system, such as environmental pollution and seasonal factors, more and more people choose this indoor fitness club the place of exercise, so the fitness club in the future for a long period of time will become an important aspect to carry out the national fitness program.In recent years, the economy get the substantial development of Yin Chuan, but the actualization of the commercial fitness market development is still in development stage, which showed a lot of problems. In this paper, the methods of documentary, investigation, interview, in view of the Yin Chuan fitness entertainment market development present situation, the analysis of existing problems research, for Yin Chuan fitness centre gradually took to the healthy and orderly and sustainable development to provide the reference.Main conclusions are as follows:Yin Chuan medium price vicious competition phenomenon exists between the commercial fitness club; Less communication between managers and coaches and consumers, in view on the issue of large deviation exist among them; Managers of the future development of no good grasp, lack of planning for the future; Exist in the club’s service quality health level to reach customer satisfaction; In the characteristics of the project not form relatively strong competitive project or not to carry out the project.Suggestion:1. To improve the club’s propaganda effect, project management features, involuntary follow suit.2. Pay attention to the construction of enterprise culture and brand characteristics, improve the level of business managers, appropriate management professional training. Investment increases the chances of coaches training education, improve the business level of the coaches, coaches related activities, let the coaches can fully embody their own value.3. Strengthen the communication between managers and stability to the market price of conventional project; Increase the communication between coaches and consumers, accurately grasp the needs of the consumers,4. The club is not the profit maximization as the main purpose, in the interests of the consumers and the coaches. Provide the humanized service.
