In recent years, with the continuous promotion work of Chinese teaching, the development of Chinese teaching in South Korea has also been promoted. At the same time, primary school and middle school’s Chinese teaching in South Korea also draw people’s attention gradually. So, research and analysis on Chinese in different countries, areas and the personal characteristics of the Chinese learners, and research and analysis on the education of South Korea middle school and elementary Chinese teaching situation from different respects could help more people know the situation of Chinese teaching in South Korea middle schools and elementary schools, help the local schools improve the situation of Chinese teaching, and promote the program of Chinese education in South Korea in the near future. At the same time, it could accelerate the course of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language education of our country.I have been working in Busan Pansong Girls’ Middle School, which is a girls’ middle school. Research on the elementary Chinese study situation about this school and interview with some students and Chinese teachers have been done in order to find problems in its elementary Chinese teaching and some corresponding solutions are to be suggested. Although Chinese Teaching in South Korea has developed rapidly in recent two years, in the process of gathering information and making summary of the study problems which were reflected by the students, it is found that the Chinese teaching models and teaching methods are not mature enough in Korea. Many problems are worthy of drawing our attentions and doing researches on the teaching process, for example, the Chinese curriculum is not reasonable, the Chinese teaching methods are not professional and the Chinese testing ways are not perfect.Thus the research is representative and practical. It can serve as an example for the elementary Chinese teaching in girls’school, boys’school and girls and boys schools and help the Chinese teachers correct inappropriate teaching methods and improve teaching methodology. At the same time, it may help promote the students’interest in studying Chinese.
